They called and stated they were calling with Northwestern Medicine.  I facility I have never been to, never visited, never seen.  Told me to call them.  You called me and robocall.  If you want me then have a real person call me and identify yourself legitimately.  Was flagged SCAM ALERT by Verizon.

VM stating  northwestern medicine and call this number back. Robocall scam.

This number has called me twice over the last week around 6 PM with an automated message asking to call it back between 8-5, and mentioned it was on behalf of Northwestern Medicine.  Googling the number showed a lot of people had flagged it as spam but also returned the Northwestern Medicine Contact Us page.

I called the number listed on Northwestern's Contact page and the rep I spoke to confirmed it was a Northwestern number.  In my case, I had been to Northwestern over the last couple months but had paid all bills online in the NW MyChart.  They service rep just correct a system that was generating these automated calls.  I'd recommend just contacting NW through the number listed on their contact page to resolve the issue.

Left message stating Northwestern medicine. Sounds automated.

Called at 6pm Friday and left a message saying they were calling "on behalf of northwestern medicine" and please call back 9-5 M-F. So calling me outside the hours I can call back is a dick move, to start with.
"On behalf of" is code for "bill collector."
So no thank you.

Stated it was Northwestern Medicine & that I should call back, no other information.

Said they were calling because someone was filing a lawsuit.

“This is a third and final attempt to contact —- regarding file number 8208 my name is Samantha Brown and I a.m. calling to discuss an important matter that has been forwarded to my office for consideration of the legal action including the filing a lawsuit and or complaint with the _⁠_⁠_ you will need to if you _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ contact the firm handling your file _⁠_⁠_ telephone number is at 1-855-233-2860 please…”

Same here...woman left a voice mail.  Very generic.  Seems suspish.

Got this phone call at 2:05 friday   01 05 2024 stated this is Northwestern Hospital  please call us back asap no other information.

called at end of day, no bills show up in my NW account, so deleting as spam
