Yes, the same - stating for a fee they connect buyers.  No one ever answers this number live and I've left 3 messages.  I believe it's an elder scam.

Kimberly Feldman called from this number.  She said she has buyers lined up for my property in AZ and will handle everything for $400 which she wanted up front over the phone via credit card.  I declined the offer.

I received a call from a woman who identified herself as Kimberly Feldman, of Transfer My Land (1 855 299 5263). She was asking about selling my property in Florida. She mentioned a price that seamed unrealistic, which led me to this site. I said I would think it over and call her. There was no mention of a fee at this time.

I got a call from a nice old lady asking if we were interested in selling our vacant lot in Citrus county.  I said that I am     and she said she would have an agent call me.  Shawn Kane called me back within the hour, he offered me a high price for it and asked for an even higher one, he said he would get back to me.  1/2 hour later he came up to my price.  The part I spent a lot of time with him on was not the fact that there was a $998.00 legal fee, but how he wanted my Credit card # up front.   He walked me through the company and asked me to go the the BBB sight to see if this Co. name was on it.  It was not so I trusted him and gave him my card #.  My card expired the next day and no charges have been put on it.  Now I am just waiting to hear back from him as he said it would take about a week or so that I would hear from him.  I have a new card but very uneasy about giving him my new #.  Checked all the sights and no one has said they are scamed by this outfit only complaints since 2012 so that to me is a good sign.

I also was contacted by this company. The people I spoke to were very informative and pleasant to deal with. From my experience, I would recommend them. They did in fact sell my property for a fair price. This company seems to be completely legit and on the up and up.

I did business with this company a while back. I would absolutely recommend them to help sell any vacant land.  Much better then listing with a realtor or broker who want to take huge commissions. I think my agents name was shawn.

I'd never give a credit card number for up-front fees for any transaction, especially one for real estate.
Fact is I've never heard of such a practice.
In California, when a property is listed,  the parties sign a contract with the broker  (who must be licensed by the state)  , specifying all fees.  This person is asking for fees that are not part of a normal real estate transaction.  And not part of normal procedure.  An escrow company (always a brick and mortar licensed establishment) is used to handle all funds and complete the transaction, if a sale is agreed upon.
Anyway, If a sales is agreed upon,  the buyers will normally get a cashier's check or similar instrument (usually 10% of the price) and make it out to the escrow company.  At the close of escrow the balance due is paid to the escrow company and all parties are paid the agreed-upon fees and commissions
I'm sure   the same or similar  procedures are required in all states.  Are these people licensed in their own state?  Are they licensed in your state?  They'd have to be,   if they were in the business of buying or selling real estate.
Fact is, you don't really know who these people are and whether they in fact are licensed to do anything in the real estate area.
It just sounds like a scam to me.  Stay away from these people.
If you're not using a regular real estate broker and an escrow company, or however normal real estate transactions are carried in your state and not relying on a written contract, you are taking a serious chance.
I used to be a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and there's no way I'd advice entering into such a transaction, let alone giving a stranger a CC number on his or her say-so that he will give you x amount of money for your property.
These people may be on the up and up, but I doubt it.

Just as I suspected, there are questions concerning whether or not this company is licensed to handle transactions in Florida.

What it appears to be doing is simply charging a listing fee .  It is not licensed (so far as I can tell)  to handle real estate transactions in Florida.  A seller is paying basically an upfront listing fee.  Then this company lists the property with licensed brokers.  At least theoretically.

A totally unnecessary fee, since a seller could simply contact a brick and mortar licensed  real estate office in the area where the property is located and sign a formal written contract with no fees involved,  until the transaction is closed.

If so,   I'm thinking you were scammed.  At least in terms of charges for the transaction.   On the other hand you could be a shill.  You sound more like a shill.

So you are saying that you knew who the phone number belonged to, looked it up anyhow, and then decided to come here to post a glowing review about a company that has questionable tactics and benefits?  So how much are they paying you to post this review? and please come back and tell us how high the check they gave you for it has bounced.

Only check I received was from a title company that closed on my land. Believe it or not this company is the real thing. I've scoured the internet and have not even found 1 unhappy customer from them.  I have found hundreds of happy customers that have sold land thru this company, but not even 1 unhappy customer. Only people that I have seen with any criticism, are people upset that they have to pay for advertising there land. None that have paid to advertise with no results. I would say that's a pretty good track record. There happy to unhappy customer ratio is impeccable. My experience couldn't have went better and they exceeded any expectations I had in them. I wonder if you sir work for one of there competitors or are you a disgruntled ex-employee? Which one is it?  What motivation do you have to question their tactics? Do you have land you are interested in selling? If so my advice would be to allow them to do what they did for me. All the pessimistic people in the world can't change what they did for me and I will continue to defend them until otherwise proven.

Maybe the parties are satisfied, but  the upfront fee is totally unnecessary.  If I have a property to sell, I will contact a licensed real estate broker.  Period.  All charges to be paid at close of escrow.   This company is an unnecessary third party.  The fees are an unnecessary charge, even i f the property in fact is sold.   The BBB rating surely doesn't help much.   There's something scammy about this company and I would never use the services.

So you found lots and lots of good reviews for this company?  Where, on their web site?  If you found so many good reviews then why dis you say this" Just wanted to leave a positive review about them somewhere.".  You do remember making that statement don't you?
