So let us see what we can find on this "wonderful" company.  Well we can start with the BBB page listed above that has a big red alert notice on it.  We can start at the Florida Real Estate License Bureau that has no record of a real estate license for this company which would be required to do what they do.  Then we can find out that they are owned by by Frederick Micheal, that they also go by Land Transfer, Inc at the same Clearwater address, and that there are several other companies owned by this person at that address:  http://www.bizapedia.com/fl/TRANSFER-MY-LAND.html

But the bottom line is that they are transferring land as a real estate agent illegally.  But hey, that should be taken care of shortly since I filed a complaint against them while I was over at the Florida site and they had this convenient little link to do so.  As to why am I questioning their tactics, well if it smells like a scam and is played out like a scam, then it is a scam.
