Oooh, final escalation from ARG. first of all, they didn't ask for a particular person nor did they leave a call back number. LMAO!!!

Called themselves the AR Group and their address is a UPS store - not the hallmark of a legit company.

Called my home looking for a friend of mine acted like he was a police investigator. Called back numerous times when I hung up on him. Name he gave was Jefferson. (African American voice)  I called and reported to the real state police.

Same thing happened to me. Got a call from Investigator Jefferson.  Said they were going to arrest me at work or at home.  Had my ss# and calling regarding a loan from Integrity Advance.  Never heard of this company and never had a loan with them.  Said I issued a worthless check!  Idiots!  Told him to come and get me!!!  And then I called our State Police and reported them.

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

Our law firm just received a call from a woman who was very upset that a "representative" of our law firm called her demanding payment of a debt.  He told her that he was calling as a member of our law firm and he sent her an email that includes an email convention that is "similar" to ours.  THIS GROUP IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH OUR LAW FIRM.  We are a Colorado based law firm and while we have lawyers licensed to practice law in many states, we are not licensed to practice law in North Carolina and do not have a North Carolina office as this gentleman "Jefferson" represented.  We are undertaking action to protect our brand and name.  Please be forewarned that this group is misrepresenting itself and is in no way affiliated with The AR Group, LLP.

He called saying his name was Mr. Jefferson....and that their was some complaint in the mischief of a social security number.
