THANK YOU! That is EXACTLY the same message I received today. I don't think they GET the  message to stop already. But hey, they PAY for each call they make. It all goes into voicemail.

At least I do not feel like the Lone Ranger...Then that clearly defines it as a SCAMMER trying to obtain information from anyone that is gullible to answer or attempt to call these people back.  Although, I have no intentions on ever calling them, I can only pray that no one falls for these ignorant peoples foolishness of trying to obtain hard-working Americans of their hard-earn money to line their pockets with.

These people and there autimated machine have called my work everyday leaving messages with just about everyone I work with for weeks, I have asked them to stop and they refuse to remove my work number. I asked them for an address and they refuse to give that to me.  I am so sick of these people and there is nothing you can do because no one can find an actual physical address. If anyone has any ideas of how to actually make them go away I would love to here it. I can block them from my phone but how do you block them from your work phone?

The only thing you can do here is to contact your phone service provider and file complaints with them and hope they can block it. Some cells have blocking now, some you can get free apps for.  This is a Extortion Scam Operation and might want to read the first article about the calls:

I received a phone call from this guy who would not leave me alone even though I told him over and over I am not the person you are looking for nor do I know this person and to stop calling my house. Did he? NO! He called over 15 times one morning being a complete and utter JERK! I finally let him listen to the news bc I was tired of my phone ringing and ringing. This company called again right now and this time instead of an [***] calling it was a recording. So I called the number they left back and it was for some company who was trying to serve this chick that put my phone number down as a reference. I've had this number for over 20 years. IGNORANT PEOPLE

This number keeps calling my new cell number. I don't know who it is and I will not answer. I'm on the no call list. I suspect it is a harassing call

Bogus bogus bogus. The have information that can be gathered from any online background check website. Give them no information over the phone. Request a letter detailed regarding this matter for your attorney. That is your right;

My sister just got a call from 713-287-1239 who are linked to this 855-305-5110. They are going as far as to say they are sending an Officer from the Washoe County Sheriffs Office to come arrest her if she is not at that address that she had listed from Advance America with Two state issued IDs to serve some papers. The mistake is that she already made one payment to them. Now they are calling themselves County Check Fraud Division. When I called back and try to get some information from them like what county they are working for and their address he started yelling at me and accused me of arguing with them then I hung up.  They are hacking into the sheriffs office fax line and somehow linking it to their line. I called the Harris County District Attorney Office and the person who called doesn't exist.

They called me and told me i was going too jail if i didn't pay them in 24 hours is that against the law section 805 or 807 of the fair debt collection act

They called my house constantly as well. My dad called district attorney to complain. Worth a shot.

Everyone - please register your home and/or cell phone number in the national do not call registry.

They have been calling for months to our home phone number trying to collect a debt from my daughter. In the beginning I was worried because she indeed had taken out these pay day loans and has other real court actions against her. One woman threatened me and said someone would be coming to my house to serve the court papers.  I told her fine because the police would be here to greet them. She even raised her voice and said"What kind of a mother are you?" At that point I lost my cool and told her off. Nevertheless every day more calls but Now I just don't pick up the phone. No one ever showed up and I reported it to the policeman and he laughed and said they have more important things to deal with. .

i want this number blocked.  they keep calling and asking for someone by the name of roshad.  I have no idea who this is!!!

I got a call today from this phone number.  The caller left a message stating "there is a civil complaint regarding check fraud and that if I did not call them today formal action would be taken against me".  They even left a Case Number.  I called the number back and got a message stating they were busy with another customer and wanted me to leave my phone number, name and Case Number.  I will not be calling them back after reading about them on posts left by other people.  I will, however, file a complaint with the FCC.  Thanks for the heads up about these crooks.

I just received a message about check card complaint on my mom told me he needed to hear back from one f of us by the end of the day, I was going to call them back when I got off work but it slipped my mind tso I tried call back this morning but just got a recording saying they were busy  with another customer and to call back later and to leave my name and case number but after reading

Thjey called me and had all my information, but I never heard of the pay day loan they were referring to. Told me I will be served papers at home or work and will be going to court.
Is this legal?

These people also buy local numbers wherever you live and try to contact you. They have been harassing me too, I don't answer and block every number they call from. Also turn them into the FTC. They are scam artists! I had a loan consolidation company I called and they have never heard of these people, meaning I have NO loans out and everything I did was paid do obviously this is a SCAM! They need to be arrested.

I also just received a call from Forenisc Check Service from 877-318-0965 and 321-328-3846.  They stated I had a outstanding payday online loan which I don't.  The gave this address as their local corporate office,,,441 4th St NW, Suite 417, Washington DC. 20001.  Is this a legit business?

No it isn't.   Read the other posts.  It's a scam artist spoofing another businesses and various phone numbers.  He wants some money from you, pure and simple.   Don't fall for it.

The website seems fly-by-night to me.  Use of the term 'forensic' is meaningless since they do not do forensic work for  anyone that an ordinary police department and/or bank couldn't do better.  They have no police powers.  They're  just a debt collector dealing in bad checks.  They don't investigate crimes, they just try to collect money.  At least so far as I can see.
