I had the same thing. They’ve called eight times in three days. No one is there when you answer. I blocked and reported.

Received two calls from (855) 306-6938, both on two consecutive week days at approximately 8:40am. Company name or caller name was not given. Caller left messages on the answering machine. Caller had definite Indian accent and sounded male. Text synopsis of these messages was as follows (paraphrasing): "This is a call for (my name) about an important business matter. We are trying to reach (other name here). Please call us back as soon as possible to verify this call was received. We are open from seven am to midnight. Thank you and have a blessed day". Also: the name of the other person they claim to be trying to reach is unknown to me and appears to have never lived at this location. Web search of this number that called here identify this as a debt collection agency. These are unwanted calls, about a person or persons about whom I have no information. I will not call back as that could be considered initiating a contact which could give them certain legal rights.

I receive calls from this number very frequently. It is 8:44pm Eastern time here and they just called. It is most definitely a woman with an Indian accent telling me to call them. I think because she is very difficult to understand. These scams and robo calls are just too much

By taking the time to read the other posts I found out that this is Ally Financial.  They issue car loans.  I'm not seeing where you are coming up with the fact that this is a scam and it certainly is not a "robo call" if there is an actual person on the other end.
