I have a set of Panasonic phones (4 phones with only one base unit which needs to be plugged into a phone outlet.)  I purchased them rather inexpensively from Sams Club.  They work great and have a feature that you can block calls with.  It has helped me tremendously.  I look up the number to make sure it isn't my insurance company or some legitimate number.  Then I block it locally on my handset.

Called my husband's phone just now, and he got the high-pitched noise and hung up. These phone terrorists need to be stopped with a wayward JDAM.

I am registered on the do not call list. If I get repeated calls, like this one does to me as well, I file a complaint. I feel like it works. Some people say they just eventually quit calling, so maybe it's a coincidence. These yahoos call me every night pretty late. Ugh!

This company keeps calling me. Then I tell them not to call.  But they keep calling. I am going to report them. I tried to call them, but they just hang up. So I called and called , then a woman said she was going to report me.

They even left a voice message on his cell.

I was called by a person telling me that ace renting.com will post my rental online and that I will have guaranteed results from the ad.  when I said I would call her back tomorrow she went to another offer for advertising my property which was about 30$ cheaper, when I again said I would call her back tomorrow she had yet another offer even cheaper but not guaranteed to get the property rented and I could pay her now or the offer would not be good tomorrow.  I paid her $34.15 of my hard earner money only trying to get my apt. building rented out so that I don't loose even more money on it because it sits empty.  this lady, whoever she was took advantage of me.  I already checked with my bank and the money has already been charged to my account.  I want my money back and I want it back now!  Please!  This is a scam.  I checked online.  their email address is nonexistent and their phone numbers do not give me a real person.  WHAT A SCAM!  someone do something.  they have called me before but this is the first time I answered.

Called me at 7:10AM this morning!  I have Call blocker, so they are now on it.

Called East Coast residence at 10:20 pm on a Saturday with a recorded message.  Tried to speak with an operator, but no luck as it went to another recording.  Will report to FCC as soon as the government shutdown is over, and complaints can be filed again.  

Noting the time of all calls as well as the number they are from.  As they have been frequent and from more than one number, since I placed my ad.  

Please do not give these people your credit card number under any circumstance.

If you are on the Do Not Call Registry then you should go to the registry website and file a complaint about the calls.  This is the best way to stop them.

Called every day this week leaving a message saying they can guarantee to rent our condo.  Obviously a computer generated call - totally unsolicited and very, very annoying.  

When I called the number back it said it was Ace Advertising and unfortunately all their reps were busy - a pox on the lot of you!!

Complaint filed, yet I don't know as if there have been any charges to any companies from the DNCL legislation.  This [***] company doesn't seem too worried.  I can't imagine in a million years that anyone would sign with a company that calls your cell phone 5 times a day.  

Check the FTC and FCC websites, also sometimes your local news stations will report on busts..
