This spammer keeps calling along with 441-5763...I have already paid this debt twice. Once 5years ago and once last year.. Not again will I pay nothing because I owe nothing.

Got message person Name left this from culinary bank which I never heard . He said was very important I return his call before he take action in his hands . I don't know who this is calling me .

Got a call from this number. They refused to identify what business they were calling from. Then asked me to confirm I was Matthew ***** but they couldn't even pronounce my name (and I have an easy name to pronounce). So I hung up on them. I think it is Comenity but they have always used another number when calling me.

These people from Commenity is calling an employee at work. This is an ILLEGAL practice and will be reported.

bogus company calling for moneys you dont owe

I do owe them $150. I got a month behind on my bills and I didn't pay them the $20 minimum for two monthsbecause I paid utilities and mortgage first.  I'm commenting here because it wild how many time they've called over a total debt of $150.  You'd think the time/salaries of all the people calling and leavings term messages wouldn't make it profitable to hound people with a small balance.  I logged in and made the payment yesterday but they're still calling on Sunday.  Hopefully they'll stop when the payment posts tomorrow.  Jeeesh.

I just got a call that I paid $110 dollars in October and I stilled owed $210 dollars. I was freaking out. I did not pay I told them I would call them later. my uncle told me to report it to the police station. the officer said to Not pay!!! but if you get sent a statement with your information go ahead and report it as information fraud. (comenity bank)

This person called and left a message for my husband, even though my vm is a females voice and does not give a name. Said to call back by that afternoon or have his attorney call or she would have to make an unfortunate decision. When I called its always busy, I got through once and the automated voice kept putting me on hold. After 5 mins I hung up.

Turns out this was legit.  I had opened up a credit card at Peebles Dept Store and they mailed my statements to the wrong address for 4 months so Comenity bank called me. I tried to verify the callers identity but she only wanted MY personal info and could not assure me SHE was legit, so I hung up, looked up the number for Coemnity bank online and called a different representative back and sorted it out.

Got a call from them.  I owe NO DEBT to anyone.  I have NO loans or credit cards.  I am 100% debt free and have been for 20 years.  This is a scam

Got a call from this number saying it was "Whitney" from a place called "Younkers" (I know of it, but not my kind of place..) and asking for "Tina Marie." I've had this number for ten years or more, and after I first got it there were numerous calls for a "Tina Marie." A blast from the past for certain, but enough is enough. I recall getting a call from someone saying "Um...Napa?" when asked where they were calling from (years ago), and gave them a thorough thrashing the next time they called while recording it all. I'm not sure what debt collection agency it is, but they seriously need to UPDATE THEIR RECORDS.

They continued to say that "this will affect you" but didn't say what I owed.

Caller ID shows HLCC, but number is from Comenity Bank. They have called for months several times a day, morning, noon, and night but never left a message. I have never done business with them and I have blocked every number they use, but they keep calling from a new number. Today they/he (a Mr. Gray) left a voicemail for the first time with a very threatening message that he "needed" me, or my representing attorney, to return his call immediately to avoid possible escalation of this issue. (I was not informed what the issue is) This "Mr. Gray" went on to say that options were available to resolve this matter voluntarily and if I do not do so, an escalated action will proceed. In a very authoritarian and demeaning manner he then said "Your call is expected TODAY!" and to call him at 855-334-4197 (yet, another Comenity number) at ext. 1275164. And he once again added that my call "IS EXPECTED TODAY."

Continues to call looking for Sabrina, do not know anyone by that name. Called last night at 10:45 left no message at this time usually leaves a
message telling us  how much trouble we will be in if we don't call back. These  guys make bad credit decisions so they have no one but themselves to blame if they don't get paid.

If you provided the number, it is not illegal.

The called us and left a message for someone who has never lived here. Since they said it was urgent we called them back and informed them of that fact. They answered the phone -"Debt Solutions". I will say that they were quite courteous in our conversation and said they will remove the association between our number and that person. I'll update if that's not the case.

Forgot to mention, when I dialed 855-334-4197 it the automated system did answer as "Comenity Bank". But when I entered the 7 digit extension I had been given, they answered "Debt Solutions", obviously a collection agency.
