A Mrs. Russell  calling about the supplier charges on our electric bill. Gave a call back number of 724-201-7513. Probably trying to get us to change our electric supplier.

Caller ID was unavailable.  They did leave a message as stated above about our electric supplier with a case # to return the call.  Quickly blocked the number.  I do shop around for electric rates but I initiate the calls and only with companies I know are legitimate.  Since I'm on the "Do not call list" this must not be legitimate.

Same call, same lady. Left message to call her back at 724-201-7513. Did not say what Company she was with. Will not call her back. Sounds fishy!

Received call, No background noise, but did sound like line was open on the other end. Like the slight static sound any phone line makes. They said nothing and hung up.

I also just received a call from a Mrs.Russel  at 724-201-7513 about my reduced electric rates.  She gave the reference number of E009234. It's pretty desperate for telemarketers to leave messages.

Call came through answering machine...no message

Call, went to voicemail-- left a message stating from Mrs Russell calling in regards to supply charges on your electric account asking ot return call to 724-201-7513  and that she has a copy of my statement ot review and apply, with reference number E 009234.

My name nor my number are associated with the electric company, and they don't report a number. Spam. blocked it and also reporting it to the do not call registry complaint number.

Just got same message name phone number even reference number are all the same... Definately trying to get people to switch...

Got a call from this number. Answered it on the 3rd ring and they hung up. I am on the do not call list.

If you call them, tell them I'm not interested.  They left the same call back number and reference number for me;....lol

Received call today from Mrs. Russell.  She did not state what company she was calling from/for.  Got the same message as everyone else.

Mrs. Russell called me too. Same message as others. Sounds like she's had a busy day.

Got the same call.  Same Reference # from Mrs Russell.  Called back from a blocked number and it gave the option for PECO customers press 1, PP&L Press 2, Duqueane press 3.  Just hung up.  Pretty [***] tactics

Just received this exact same call. Very odd; I've not contacted anyone about my electric bill. I suspect this to be a scam as well.

Isn't that strange !!!! On my answering machine, I got the same reference number !! Hmmmmmm. Will not be calling her back. As a matter of fact, it sounds like the same voice as the lady who calls about the IRS suing me !!!!!

The do not call list is a joke and will not stop anything. I work for a large phone company and you basically have no rights when it comes to getting unwanted calls. The sad thing is the people bothering you have more rights if you can understand that..
