Same story as most of the other entries here: a Ms Russell left a message regarding "supply charges on [my] electric account", asked me to call back at 721-201-7513, and requested I have a copy of my statement to apply a reduced supply benefit. Reference number was E009234, as others have received. Well done recording, I have to say. Sounds a lot more legit than some others I've received. She even went "um" while presumably looking up the reference number. A step up in scams, but still a scam.

Yes, Mrs. Russell called me, with same message, reference #, and call-back number - am blocking this caller -- I'll do my own shopping on-line for supplier.

Exact same call too. Mrs. Russell, left her number along with a reference number and telling me to have my statement with me so we could discuss reducing energy costs. #Blocked

I just received the same phone call from this number. Mrs Rusell stating needed me to call about my adjusted electric rate.

Mrs Russell is a very, very, very busy lady!!!!!

Same here as in all of the above, including the reference number for my "supply benefits." I was immediately suspicious when Mrs. Russell did not identify her employer as PECo. Energy - my supplier.

She left me the exact same account number to reference!  These people are shameless.
