Left a message and this number for call back.  Said something about Document Services, serving papers for Walter, but they can't reach him and I'm supposedly a contact.  Sounds like a scam too me, since I don't know anyone names Walter.

Got called from a block caller. Saying his name was Thomas Wayne with certified document services saying they have papers to service me with and to call there pre legal department at (855)343-2290.  So far they have gave me three different to a pre legal department to call in the last month.

Pretty much the same as the previous comments. Phone didn't actually ring, I just suddenly had a voicemail (spoofdialer). No details of issue and a bunch of stuff to call back. They did call me by name, oddly, this phone isn't in my name so not sure how they got the number.

The called saying they were certified document services. I called them back and they said they were a law firm who was threatening to sue me if I didn't pay some debt from long ago that I don't remember. They called me on 5 different numbers. My parents, mine, and my little sisters. I have no idea how they got this info. They knew my social security which was creepy/. I talked to a lawyer and they said it was a scam. I am choosing not to respond.

A Gary Jackson from Certified Document Delivery says he has a sealed document to deliver from someone who has a complaint against me.  Gave this number to call the representing firm and a file number.

Of coarse,same as above.  The way I see it is if they did actually have these documents, someone would deliver them to my house.

This person by the name of William Thomas is calling and harassing me about false information. Stating that he has tried to serve papers of a temporary case that was on hold. He gave the number to call back in my voice message; but on my caller ID came up unknown. Who ever this person is, is committing fraudulent calls and needs to have charges pressed against him.

Total scam.  No legitimate process server calls you in advance and tells you he or she is coming by. Ignore and block the calls.

some lady called me today and wanted me to call this number back.. I'm not taking any chances though

Same as everyone else. I got a voicemail saying to call this number or they was going to serve me. Also they called my Aunt, which in no time in my entire life she would have been used as a referance. Told her they were going to come serve me at work which happens to be in a military installation. I will wait for the papers to be served and if it actually happens, I will follow the legal route.

Called for my X husband stating they had documents and charges were to be filed. This is prob the 5th time they have called...

A lady named kana lane called from company called certified  delivery documents  stating there was a complaint against me I told her any legitimate documents would be served by a deputy she then got loud n upset n told me I better hire a attorney  I hung up on her, call came in unknown she has now called back 3 times

Got a call,and voicemail to call 1-855-343-2290 on our landline. The message said it was about my son,and a lawsuit being filed
against him,due to a non-compete clause he signed with his last employer. Well my son has been living outside the USA for the past 13 months. They also called my daughter and left a message on her cell phone ( no idea how they got her phone number)
The more I research the phone number they left on my voicemail,the more I realize this is a scam---not sure what they are trying to get but they won't get any info from me. Slime balls !

Message left on machine this week said I was a contact number for a(n) (estranged) relative and they had documents to deliver re: a complaint and if she didn't respond the case could be settled against her. Gave this number to call back, as well as a "file number". Took seriously at first because this relative has a problematic past, though I have no sure way of contacting her, but then got suspicious that it is a scam and decided to check this number. Glad I found this site because I can ignore it without worry.

Jason called about delivering sealed documents containing complaints where someone will be dispatched to the residence or place of employment.  They were looking for my 70 year mother.  Sounds like a scam.
