Scam - Convergent Debt Collector! They also use 1-866-803-4775, 1-877-288-8138 and 1-855-343-7891. Caller ID varies from Convergent, Unavailable and that long number starting with a V. Their attempt at disguising the number. My phone still will show the number. Blocked!

Calling and harassing about giving docs and asking for your address Scammers make me sick.trying to collect on someone's else's old debt making up lies. This person John Wilson is a so called enforcer

I keep getting calls from this number, even tho I have blocked it

Our office received a recorded call today from "Kelly at Convergent" asking for an employee that has not worked here in several years.  The caller ID was:   737-277-5342  however,  this number was left as a "call back" number.  This number will be labeled as scam in our system.  Beware.

Another recorded call from "Kelly at Convergent". Still asking for an employee that has not worked here in several years.  Blah, blah, blah.....  scammer.

They hung up on me when I refused to give them my personal details as they wanted a name, number and would most likely ask for a social. They think it's perfectly legal to number spoof if they got business with you and admit they number spoof because people block them. They spoof area codes based on where they think a caller lives.

Refused to tell me that they were a bill collector, kept repeating personal or urgent business matter.
