I too got a call from this place, but it went to my voicemail. It was a woman who left a voicemail saying she was calling from "The Firm" and I needed to call them back because there was a complaint filed against me and left me a reference number to use when I call. She did not leave the name of the organization or facility, she simply said "The Firm" and the number I was asked to call back was: 855-728-5266. I called the number and I got an answering machine with a man's voice and said it was called Glenmore acquisitions. When I Googled the name, there was a website however when you click on the link and went to the website there was a tab to click on for further information but when you clicked on it nothing happened. It was a fake website.

I received a call from Katy Thomas saying they had s complaint against me. I was left a number yo call with a reference number. I looked up Glenmore acquasitions and it led me to this site. Must be a scam.They appear to have several different numbers.

Yes. I am filing a police report on this scam. Please do also. I have asked my number to be removed 4 times and keep getting calls.

Yes I also received a restricted phone call from this company. They claimed my husband owed $4000 to a medical center in our local city that he's never been to. Wanted him to load a prepaid card with $800.

I got the same call called my credit union and called the bank that they said is suing me and hey have no record of my name or anything I think I’m gonna sue for harassment they called my work too

I had the same experience.  Received a call from my sister this morning telling me she got a call from someone saying they’d tried to deliver a package to me but were unseccessful.  She told them I didn’t live there.  They then called my wife on her cell phone!  Wife took number and “tracking number” for package.  She then called the number and asked for their name and location and through research, found this info.  I didn’t call to ask about debt but I’ve been working on my credit for months and know I don’t have outstanding debt.  I filed complaint with Cfpb and if calls continue, I will contact attorney general.  THese people are a joke!

A lady called my dad's home, where I haven't lived in over 15 years, and stated that I was due in court the next day over a debt I hadn't paid. I called the number back with the reference number and it brought up some other man's name. I gave them my first and last name but no other information. They said I had a debt from 2007 from Chase Bank, which I've never used, for over $3,000 and that if I didn't pay my income would be garnished. After asking them more questions I knew this was a scam. I started giving them hell and then requested to speak with another person because the lady kept talking over me. I then talked to Jennifer Scott who said I would be subpoenaed and they would garnish my income after going to court. I got off the phone and sent a certified letter for them not to contact me by phone, mail, or email and then I made a complaint to the Texas Attorney General's office. If more people would make complaints on these people they would eventually be shut down, but, I was told when there are only a few complaints the states cannot doing anything to help. PLEASE MAKE COMPLAINTS TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE OF THE STATE YOU LIVE IN. It's fast and easy.
