These people have all my info social security, date of birth, and my address. They are calling family, friends, acquaintances telling them I need to call it's urgent and it's a legal matter. Everyone is worried. They went to the extent of saying next step is going to my place of employment.

Called the number back and they answered the phone Litigation.  Reported to the FTC.

They said my creditor had been looking for me 12 years, couldn't find me thereby turning it into a collection account called, Oakland County Corrections.  They had my social security number too!  I told her I wanted a certified letter from the collector.  She said they had already done this and wanted me to agree, over the phone with her, that I was in agreement with her, monies owed.  At that point I realized I was being scammed.

Received several voice mails for my husband stating that there has been several failed attempts to serve papers at our home, giving the street number and name, and that with no return call they would start to contact him at his place of employment.  I called back and the voice mail answered "litigation department"...I did not leave a message.  I am concerned ... i know it is a scam.

I received same text as this. Any new info

Called for someone who does not live at my house. Stared the number came back as belonging to them. Advised that was impossible, we have had this number since 1999. Quickly hung up on me.
