This number calls even after I ask for my number to be removed. They are rude and continue stalking me.

They are harassing me. I’ve been told to shut up when I’ve asked them not to call. They also change the number they call from

This person that keeps calling me said they are Jason calling from Health Solutions. After my telling him on call number one and two not to call me back, he called two more times. I finally picked up on #4 and told him that since he didn’t understand English, I was going to file a complaint through my Attorney General, perhaps then he will understand what I am saying. I am right now writing out my complaint. I get so many telemarketing and robo calls that I truly hope there’s no tax money spent on the Do Not Call list.

Caller was male and foreign sounding. He said his name was Jason calling from Health Solutions. He asked for me by name and when I said it was me, he said that their TRACKING INFORMATION had identified me as seeing my doctor for a specific problem. I was livid! My own family can’t get this information, how is a stranger able to do so? And what kind of tracking place has this access to disperse it? I am beyond myself right now. I heard his speech and immediately told him to remove my name from their list and not to call me anymore. This call was at 2:00 pm. He called right back at 2:01 and I picked up an said I told you not to call me again. Another call came in at 3:05, I didn’t answer it. Then another one at 4:21 I did pick up and when he asked for me, I said it was me then he asked how I was doing I said I was doing fine until I got 4 phone calls from a number I told to remove me and not to call me back, three phone calls ago.  I told him I am reporting him to my Attorney General. Whether it does any good or not, I want to know how complete strangers are getting protected information when my own family can’t get it.

I have had the exact same problem. I’ve asked him at least 5x to remove my information, and today, he told me, “No.” Then he said he would if I listened to him. I paused for a minute, because I thought he was going to talk about removing my name, and he started talking about why he was calling. I had to yell to cut him off and he yelled back at me. I told him that I was going to report him, and he told me to report him then. The number that appeared on the caller ID was 1-000-000-0000, today.

This number, 855-367-4813, is the customer service number for Madovar Wellness Group. I called as I had a question regarding our subscription for the DIABETES SELF-MANAGEMENT magazine. Sounds like the complaints above may have been from some scammer using this number. I had blocked this number not too long ago as it was not in my contacts (did not answer the call so don't know if it was from a scammer or from Madovar telling me that our subscription was about to expire. Since no voice mail was left, I am assuming it was a scammer at the time).
