    I am getting calls at work and at home I traced this number from India. They did not give a Company Name  but said I need to call some processing division. I did not call them back.

    I DID CALL THEM THEY WERE ACTUALLY ABLE TO ASSIST ME WITH TAKING CARE OF AN OUTSTANDING CHECK I HAD WITH THEM...I HAD NO IDEA IT HAD GOTTEN TO THIS POINT BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO HELP AS WELL AS SEND PAPER WORK ...THEY ARE MOST DEFINITLEY NOT FROM INDIA I WAS PROVIDED WITH DOCUMENTS..ANDREW YOU MAY VERY WELL BE IN THE SAME SITUATION.

    They said they wanted my information to serve me with court papers if I didn't pay 350 dollars  now they are calling my employer and my grandma but can't provide me with anything else now they are calling saying they are looking for my address to serve me papers I'm so confused

    What do you mean confused?  How can you be confused about the fact that you are being scammed.  You tell them to go to hell and move on...Advise your employer about the little [***] from India trying to scam you, as well as the rest of your family.  NO ONE  calling from an Indian Boiler Room scamming center can serve anyone anything but curry flavored Beans and Rice.   It is both comical and sad that anyone would even remotely believe these Boiler [***].  These turds have learned that Americans have a tendency to believe in the honesty of others and are easy and gullible targets in playing on their legal fears.   In India and Pakistan nobody gives a crap about legal or moral issues.   Forget about it!!  You are not going to get served,  sued,  or anything else. Get unconfused,  take a nap,  then get on with your life....
