Caller said it was urgent for me to call back and gave me a case number. Not sure I trust this call and message

I recieved a call from this number with a case number saying it was urgent. Who is this?

Received a call from a restricted number.  A Mrs. Jacobs asked for me to return her call by 5 pm tomorrow to 1-855-377-6771.  Said it was urgent and gave me a case number.  Don't trust it, I am sure is is a scam.  

Received a call saying that I needed to contact Alexa Taylor at 855-377-6771. Gave some case number. Don't know who this lady is. But on the caller id it showed a private call. Sounds like a scam to me. I will not return this call.

Private number Called my phone to tell me that my mother is being charged as a defendant for US district court... My question is why am I being called. And if she was being charged to court why is it over a phone call and not personally serving her with papers. Scam to me. Mr Diaz seemed irritated when I said that I am not doing this over the phone.

Good for you!  If your mother was being charged - the cops would be out to visit her.  They wouldn't give her or you a courtesy heads-up call.  This is nothing more than a scammer trying to scare you into paying money for some bogus debt.  Please do report your caller to the FTC - www.ftc.gov, the FBI - www.fbi.gov and your state's Attorney General - you can find your state AG here - www.naag.org.

this is a scam.  report to ftc and attorney general.  Ms. Jacobs is surely a fake and they will continue to call if you engage them. they call from 855-377-6771.  Do not call them back just keep documenting and file a police report.

Got a call from 855-377-6771 claimed I was being sued. They claim i was being sued for unlawful receipt of merchandise and attempt to defraud a company I have NEVER stepped foot in. I told them off.

Don't think I've received a call from this number, but did get a letter with this number as the contact.  It was from a Judicial Enforcement Group.  It was for some rogue amount, with no original creditor.  I am not aware of any debt with this company, nor in that amount.  It claimed litigation... Should I be concerned?  

Can you post the business name,  legal address etc up for us from that letter?  You may want to check your credit report also.

Like I said earlier, they are claiming that I have ignored attempts from them, but this company has never called me, nor is there any original creditor.  Its just frustrating, as I am sure you all know.

Just got a call from "Restricted" left the same message -- a Miss Jacobs with a case reference number saying it was urgent matter and to call back at 1-855-377-6771.  No identification about the company or what the matter was.  If it was real and urgent, they would leave actual information.  I do not plan to return the call.

Got a call from "Restricted" as well, same message as everyone else - Miss Jacobs with urgent matter, call 1-855-377-6771 with case reference number. I called back and they were looking for someone with a name similar to my ex-husband. I asked to verify date of birth and last address, but it was not a match at all. She could not say what the call was about since I told her we are divorced, she said they would remove my number.

Ms. Jacobs has left several urgent messages on every phone line associated with me & my spouse. Same Case number was given every time but would switch around asking for either one of us. EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!!

My sister and my dad both got a call from this number and left a message.. Left a case number.. I'm pretty sure it's a scam

Received a call from Ana Luna today and provided a number to call her back at 855-377-6771. She said she was calling from Judicial Enforcement Group. She provided a case number and said that it was regarding a case that was being filed.

Could not provide any additional information. Call read "NO CALLER" and she refused to disclose the reason for the call.
Huge scam.

Same thing as other callers have said.  It was urgent to call and gave a case number.  I will not call them as I've read the other posts.

Ana Luna from (855) 377-6771 have called my family members looking for me. They have left messages with my family members saying I need to contact them as soon as possible on account that I am being sued by somebody. And left a case number
I have no idea who they are or why I would be getting sued
I also won't be giving them a call back from reading other peoples posts that I have read

Blabbing about your alleged debt to everyone around with a pulse and making false legal threats violates your FDCPA rights. If that street address above can be of use, consider launching a real lawsuit for the hassle. (The loser company pays all your costs, wink.)
