but then can we trust smaller, not as established businesses with our stuff? many of the people who use public storage are those who move out of their place because they can't afford the rent/mortgage. it means they are broke, and although this is much less than a rent would cost, no one can live in a storage.

i get calls from them as well. it's my cell phone, (a samsung) so after missing a call, hold down on the number in the call log and select "Add to reject list"

I did reserve a unit but then when they called me to see if I still needed it I said no but they keep calling.  I blocked them.

Public Storage is a relentless sales company. Make them stop!

Simple way to make them stop is to send them a certified, return receipt letter telling them to do just that.

Non stop hang up calls

How annoying! I called Public Storage to get more info and they wanted my number "in case they lose me on the line" - red flag number 1. I thought I was calling the local number but instead it was the sales location. The lady was trying to make the sale on spot and I told her all I wanted was information. She gave me a quote and a confirmation number and all. A couple days later the local office called and I told them I was not interested. I was just seeking for information. And now I get a phone call about twice a day from this number. I don't pick up and they won't leave a message. I'm blocking them.

Received a call on my mobile today at 10:39am. Caller ID only says United States. No mssg was left.
