"Abby Stone" called my been phone from a private number saying action would be taken against me, and to call this number. Only she asked for the name of a relative of mine (your dog they get my number?) has to be a scam. I read this Abby Stone called period with the same voice mail and it's too extort money from a fake old hospital bill!

Called from a "no caller id" number. Looking for Tina Grahm. I'v had this number for over 7 years. Left message asserting that this voicemail, if not returned w/in 24 hrs, would constitute being "served".. Called the number I was left, it goes to an "Adamoric" something or another. They state that "Diana" is a process server.

Got this call today August 30,2018. First call was a restricted phone call to my daughter asking to speak with me about a letter need to be signed and set up for delivery tomorrow. Was given another phone number to speak to someone about the matter. Jennifer Scott saying they needed a money for a medical bill and wanted money now or go to court. This is a scam! She harrased me and threaten me! Beware!

I just got a voicemail from a woman saying "this call is for [my name] and someone has filed a complaint against me". LOL. What complaint? I have never broken the law or done anything to warrant this accusation. SCAM. Shame on you to concern innocent citizens during busy working hours.

Received call from unknown caller first asking me if I knew the reason I was being served then gave me 8554150461 and a reference number. I spoke with Tom who says a complaint had been filed on me in family court over a hospital bill that’s not even mines. I also called the hospital they don’t even have a record on me.,, she told me to notify police

Scam! Real process servers don't call in advance and they don't give you the option to pay your way out of being served.  Block and ignore such calls.

Received a call a few minutes ago from a Lauren Johnson stating that that an action has been filed against me and I need to call 855-415-0461 and give them a case identifying number of XXXXXX-00 within 24 hours or a decision would be made against me without discussing with me first.  I am certain that I don't owe a thing to anyone.  SCAM.  Bewre.

Same here.  Just received this same message asking for my niece and saying the same thing.... SCAM!!

Received a call today, that left a voice message, That it Diane Shaw, and that a complaint about me had been turned over to her office, An that I need to call her back at 855-415-0461 an give them a case number XXXXXXX-00 within 24 hrs or a decision would be made against me, turned over for legal processing.

Same as other anonymous, 1st call unknown name &# asking if I was —— , said yes she asks if I will be at address— tomorrow between 11-2 so papers can be served. She gave me the 855 # and a case # . I called and was told I had unpaid bill from 2004 from hospital and if I didn’t pay I would be served within 24 hrs. They had all my correct info. Watch out for these scammers. No one calls u before you are served!

Just received a call from "RESTRICTED". The individual (female) said to expect some legal documents from Oklahoma County.....I live in NC. W/E. She asked if I would be home to sign for the docs....I asked her what whe was talking about. She asked if I had been contacted by someone about this matter. She feigned surprise when I told her no....Well she gave me a number to contact and like everybody else..googled it and here I am.

Got a call from a Private #. Said I would be served between 9-2. Gave me a # to call and a case #. Called and was told by a woman with a very nasty attitude that I owe several thousand $ to a hospital from 12 yrs ago. Said my ins paid 80%. Didn't have ins then. Never been to said hospital. Didn't even see a dr during that year.

Just received a call from a restricted number on my cell.I never answer those. Directly after that my office called me saying they had called them with the "about to be served" story. Said they had sent me a letter, which I never got. Said I could settle for much less than the "service" was for. told me I had 3 hours to call back with a credit card #. Gave me exact dates I was supposedly in the hospital. Called the hospital and I wasn't at the hospital on those dates. They sent me an email via "docusign", and I forwarded it to the hospital accounting department, and they were going to forward it to their security department. I googled the company name "ademore group" Only been in existence 1 month.

Got a call from a private number hit ignore, immediately got a call back from private number so I answered it was a lady saying that I needed to be served and if I was going to be home on Monday. So when I asked what reference it was to she gave me a 1 800 number and a reference number when I called, that nasty woman she told me that I owed on a credit card from 2009 she knew what kind of vehicle I owned and my new address but when I asked her the address for the card in 2009 she didn't have that for me so I called Citibank which was the supposed debt collector bank and they had no information on me at all and they said that even in collections they would have something on my social. So then I Googled the number thank God for this site I hope that this story will stop someone from being scammed as it has stopped me

Definitely a scam

I got the same calls this past week, my daughter and others received these same calls about me.  So I googled the number.  good to know!

Called my cell as well- Announced herself as “Kasey Thomas”... Same as most above except the message was for my mom. So, they must be trying to extort me.

These people should be put in jail for threatening 88-year-old woman

Received a message stating a law suit would be filed against me, if I didn't call 855-415-0461. I really wish these people would get out and WORK a REAL job..And STOP sending these BOGUS messages to people who work in real life! They should be ashamed of themselves!! Don't fall for these fake claims and their lying messages. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM report to the police!

Got the same call except they are calling me at work telling me I have 24 hrs to call the number with case number before being served.  SCAM.....
