Called and left a message saying a complaint has been filed about my relative and left a case number.

Called about a relative with a name I have never heard of. Must be a scam, reference to this no. and a case no.  Threatened legal action if I don’t call back.

First party called initially from 'private number' as shown on my cellphone. First party says to call 855-415-0921, gives a complaint or case reference number stating there's a complaint filed against me.

I called 855-415-0921 and this party says there's a civil complaint against me. This party explains that I have an unpaid debt for medical services tallying $1,907 from some hospital in my region. This party provides date of service but will not provide details like medical codes, etc.  This party explains that they'll be sending 'discovery' documents in the upcoming 2 weeks and that they have my signature a copy of driver's license.

I have to believe it's a scam because I did not have medical services provided as this party claims or alleges.  If futher contact by this party occurs, I'm calling my local police to begin their own fact-finding process.

I received this too. They left voice mail.
If i dont call the office legal action may be taken against me without my knowledge.

Just had same message. Complaint received. Legal action will be taken without me, if I don't return their phone call. Classic scam.

Caller with unknown ID left voicemail naming a relative of mine as the target of legal complaint and leaving this call back number and a case number. Threatened legal action if they don't hear back from relative.

I just received a call from this number.  Got the same speech about a debt I have no knowledge of.

Threatened civil litigation if I didn't pay an old hospital bill. I was going to pay over $5,000 if I didn't come up with money NOW! It was 1089 but with all the court costs and fees, it would rise to over 5k. BULLSH!T! I called the hospital, asked for a copy of my records, hung up on them and waiting to get my copy of the records. Jokes on them! I use another place for my medical needs!

Aubry Campbell told me in a message that my xwife Stephanie Rose had complaints against her filed in Cole County Mo. Case #MO465978. If this was real they would know Stephanie Died 2 years ago. This is a scam of some nature and should be investigated.

Caller said a civil complaint had been filed against me in Pickens County and if I did not respond a judgment could be brought against me.....which would not be in my best interest.  There are 3 Pickens Counties in the USA: Alabama, Georgia, & South Carolina.......three states I have never visited.  Also, caller referred to me by a former name from 20+ years ago and then ended the call by adding my present name  (phishing)

Called and left some sort of message re some bill referencing my Brother's name,,,who by the way, passed away,,DIED, 18 years ago,,,saying that if he did not respond they would proceed with legal action.  I NEVER answer a call with NO CALLER ID or, a number I do not know.  When my Brother passed away I am certain his cards and identity were used for fraud.  Either way, he is now FREE of this filthy, disgusting world I am forced to live in until I too can be released from this hell.  Sorry, that's how I feel, .... this society/world has become a "nightmare"....be well everyone and be careful!!

This number called my father's home phone stating that they were trying to get ahold of me and told him they were coming to my house to serve me papers. 10 minutes later, they called my daughter,  did not answer, they left a message stating they were looking for me and that I needed to call them immediately, referencing a case number and that if I didn't they would "dispatch to me at 2AM". Same number also called my daughter's friend with the same story. The friend and I have never even met and our phone numbers/and lives have never crossed. It's  a ploy to get us on the phone or track us down in person. To what end? I don't know.

They called my ex-mother-in law. I called the number they said I had an outstanding balance with a mastercard. I told them I have never had a mastercard and asked what year it was taken out in. He started yelling at me saying that I do and I can fight it in court and hung up on me. I called back and told someone else what just happened with the previos person. He then hung up on me. But what bothers me the most is he knew the last four of my social security number. Total Scam!!!!!!!

This number called my husbands number and asked for using my full name. They referenced this call to a law suit against me and they gave me a reference number. Told me I had to call this number to get more information about the case. Scary thing is they had the last 4 digits of my SS. They expressed it was a serious matter and I needed to respond immediately.

Same story. Unknown number left a message threatening "legal action" if I don't call back immediately. Never said who they were. Total scam.

They called and said my mom owes provision bank nearly 5k and threatened with serviing papers

Sam Number.  Knew my info and called to say I owe 32,000.   Incredible.  US Bank

I just got this call also and said it was a significant amount owed from 1999   told them good luck and hung up
