received a call......now saying they are calling from Abens Law Offices......and to call back because my time is limited

Don’t be intimidated by these clowns, they are not even close to professionals, even by collection industry standards and judging by their track record with legal problems are likely on borrowed time anyway. Many of the so-called accounts they try to collect on are bogus, expired (time-barred) or otherwise legally uncollectable. If your time to call back is really “limited”, it’s only because they switch phone numbers so often to try and stay ahead of the law.  By the way, “Mark” I’ve hung up on curry-breath con-men who are a lot more convincing than you are, you need to go back to the fake Microsoft racket where you don’t have to act.  Formal complaints and D.V. Letters (sent via certified mail) scare the hell out of this scum and are the best way to get them off your back and as previously stated, it likely won’t take too many more to get them shut down for good and all.  They were humping on our leg for almost a month looking for someone who had our number several years ago, but after one complaint filed with the state A.G. we never heard from the filth again.
