Got tired of dealing with us using 844 279 7426, 7423. Got new number and will call again. Talks about someone who nobody here has heard of. Doesn't get it. Filed complaints with all places. claim they're going to their place of business and serve papers  they could have walked there or crawled there by now. Called with the other number for almost two years. never pick the phone up anymore.

IPS scammers!!!!!! I've told them for a month now to take me to court but yet they keep calling me

The same thing happened with me. File a complaint with this number too- BBB or Federal Trade Commission. Today I wouldn't let them get a word in. I literally kept talking over them. They'd hang up and call me right back. Idiots. Whatever you guys do, do not give these people any of your money. Its fraud. Its illegal to refuse to mail someone any requested info concerning them. Its illegal to harass individuals too and threaten them to "see them in court". For now own, I'll continue to not answer. However, I wish they'd stop and get a real job! Its ridiculous.

They look up your info and call anyone associated with you.

I know they keep calling my mom and dad they said they would track me down by my IP address I was thinking if your a legit company you wouldn't need to do that just ignore and keep blocking there numbers people

MARVIN IS THAT YOU?  (Recognized your street name). I feel you man; they are calling me too. Looking for a person by same last name, but NOT ME. Said if this is not you, hang up. So I did and what did they do? Called me back again the very next day! Thank God for call blockers.

This number has called me multiply times, has my SS# and address.  They told me that I owe money to Companies involved with Cashnet.  The company they said that has filed this arbitration is Alpine Direct Services, LLC.  I asked for the client number they refused.  The guy mentioned having alpha david and I asked for that number and he just ignored my request.  I asked who they were and he didnt tell me.  I asked for a manager.  Spoke with a "manager" Shawn and I asked him the same questions.  He said they were International Process Solutions or Processing solutions.  I found IPS (processing at http://onlineips.net/) and (Process http://www.ips-us.com/) which none of them seem to be this IPS.  I asked for Alpine Direct Services. They said they were not allowed to give me that number as they were on a recorded line and he would get fired.  So I did a google search and got the number myself.  However it was not for a payday loan place and when I looked in the Yellow pages for Apline Direct Services/payday loan in Carson City, NV, no listings showed up.    I am now waiting on the court papers!

Call here off an on for the last mouth, telling me they work for an International out feat. Saying the are going to file Charges on medical . Told them to send papers, I will get with a Federal JUGE.

Scam... losers... justice will be served.  This is not real.  No one owes them anything. File complaint with FTC and State Attorney General.  Put your number on FTC no call list.  These people are worse than politicians!

I got a call form them - they actually left a message looking for my ex (Who I haven't seen or spoken to in 15  years!!!) with a case #
I called back to get them off my back & I told her 3 times that I haven't seen or spoken to in 15  years so she then asked - so do you have a good contact # for him?!?!?
I repeated : I haven't seen or spoken to in 15  years!!!  I don't know how you can find him but I assure you that you will NOT find him at this #.   She said she will remove my # and 'sorry for the inconvenience.    We will see if she really removed my #

Just got a call from this number.  They said it was from a Payday Loan I took out online and never paid back.  I told her to send me the validation of the debt and she stated "we are not a collection agency."  I told her I know the FDCPA and you are entitled to validation of a debt from anyone trying to collect.  She stated that this is a notice that a court summons was going to be filed .  I said bring it on because this call is bull***t, I then hung up.  Having worked in the court and legal system for over 20 years I know that no legit company calls you to tell you there is going to be a court summons issued for you.

Harassing me cslling using different nos looking for another person that someone file a complain and I will be serve in my residence and work

This place called my mother yesterday and called me today saying I owe money to a payday loan service.  I told them that no business will send me to court without trying to collect you just don't get court papers.  I told the lady that I already reported them to BBB and Attorney General which I did and she hung up.  I dealt with them 6 months ago and called the attorney general they stated it was a scam and to contact credit services and have them put a lock on my credit report which I did. This is crazy.

Called me and said they were going to serve me papers because I have an unpaid payday loan. But they couldn't tell me who I was supposed to be paying other than someone at EPP... I told them I'd file a complaint with the BBB and they hung up on me. Called again and got another person told them same thing, tried to get loud with me and everything. I said, "thanks for confirming all my suspicions" -- TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Got a vmail saying I owe a debt from 2011 for taking a $350 payday loan to a chase acct. And I now owe 3x that but will settle for $800 over the phone. Otherwise they will go to my place of employment and require a sup or head a security for a signature as there will be a court case pending. Bunch of bull. Never owned a chase acct in my life. They even called people I kno and left vmails. These people need to get a life!! Always seem to get these calls around this time of year. Company I believe was called FBM Financial. The guys name was something Stanton and a lady name Suzanne Brackly (I think).

HAHAHA They are calling ME-a person who retired in 2003 and paid off ALL my bills-Good luck collecting this bogus bill, idiots. I'd like to slap you SO hard, you'd be sent into next week!!

855-473-0348 is an automated message calling me a few times a day with a "claim" number.  I just reported this number to the FTC.  What else should be done to stop the annoying harassing phone calls that will make them stop other than giving in to this scam?
