- KeriThey called my mother in law gave her the phone # and claim# and said I had to get back to them today or I would have a summons to go to court. When I called them I gave them my claim # and they said from 2012 was my name Keri Harvey and I said in 2011 my last name changed bc I got married. Then they said my address that I lived at but had the wrong city and my employer at the time and last 4 of my ss#. I asked them for the name and number to the payday loan company they said I owed 450.00 dollars too and they wouldn't give it to me. I then told them not to contact my family again and they said fine hope your [***] has alot of money. I said don't worry I do see ya in court.

- Upset and over itStarted getting these calls yesterday and I didn't answer. I go to pick up my husband from work and find out they are calling him to! He's totally pissed asking whats going on and I tell him I don't know I didn't answer. They call today so I finally answered! I tell PJ that I don't know what she is talking about and she ask me to confirm my SS# which I refuse. I told her I want it in writing. She tells me they will email me in an hour, but tells me court is pending and if I want to take care of this now! I tell PJ I want it in writing and I will have my attorney call them with a follow-up! SILENCE!!!! love it!

- Joe| 4 repliesThese people keep calling and every time I call back the lady changes her name to a different one. When you ask them to send you documentation of the bill they refuse to, when you ask them to take you off the list they tell you no because you owe money. If you swear at them and call them out on their [***] they will hang up on you. They say they will come to your work and serve you papers to embarrass you. They need to get a real job like everyone else and stop scamming people.

- Joe replies to COCAL29I went off on her and it felt sooo good! She also changes her name every time you call.
- mousey replies to Joe| 1 replyAre you out of your mind? Why would you continue to call back instead of blocking and/or reporting number?
- BigA replies to Joe| 1 replyIPS is a known criminal organization pretending to be debt collectors. They are suspected of also using the SAR & Associates and might possibly be in the Caribbean. They keep calling you because you keep calling them back. They figure you will eventually pay them their extortion money.
This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this, all for an alleged or nonexistent debt. One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying. They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

- melissaBeen getting the same calls. I called them back told them off, yada yada. Then when they continued to call me and my family members I decided to have fun. Last night I made a total of 16 calls and left 16 messages to them at 855-473-0348 and 844-279-7423. The first few messages were me yelling at them. The rest of them were me blaring music in my car and singing along LOUDLY with it. They received the following songs on their answering machine this morning - metallica - enter sandman; kids bop version of watch me (whip.nae nae); the bangles -eternal flame; the spin doctors - 2 princes; Montell Jordan - this is how we do it; 50 cent - candy shop; Dr. Dre and Snoop Dog - the next episode. I WISH that I could have been there to see their faces when they heard them. My friend and I have been calling them with ridiculous stuff ALL day. It is a blast and I highly recommend it. It will make your day much better.

- Paul Eleuterio| 1 replyThey call me asking for Robert Pounds every day afternoon with a claim number which is 3385654. Every time I block them and they call me with a different number. For 3 years they haven't let up and even have gone so far as to promise to take me to court please i just want the calls to stop some one please help me PLEASE. Why after telling them so many times "I'm not Robert Pounds please discontinue your calls to this number. (My exact words.)", do they still not understand they have me confused with a different person. I just don't know what to do anymore. Here are the 3 numbers they have called me from in the past week:
855-238-4371
844-279-7423

- JeffD replies to Stephanie MillsIts a scam, these people have called me from 855-238-4371 a few times on my cell phone never leaving a message. They left a message today on the house phone, and from what I saw on several other websites, this is appears to be a scam. Looks like a lot of people got the same call stating the same exact thing, they are a collection agency/law firm trying to collect on a defaulted Pay Day Loan. Tried dong a search on Spokeo and several other phone datdbase websites, but all of them told me the same thing, either "The Caller Id has been spoofed", or "The number is invalid." I just tried calling the number, didn't ring, just dead silence for 6 seconds then hung up. Calling scam. They might claim to be a compamy called IPS, but the real company has a disclaimer on their website, here's the link to it. http://onlineips.net/contact/
- Rick replies to jmaExactly! I got a call from 855-678-0636 I know it was a scam. They dont call to tell you your being served court papers
- pissed off in MNThis number calls me 5-6 times a day and when I say I am reporting them to authorities and to take me off the call list the man said "GOOD you do that, I will put you on the list so we call you 100 times a day [***]". They are asking for my social and bank information to take care of a loan my brother has taken out; however my brother is getting the same call but saying its regarding a loan I took out. Neither my brother or I have taken out any loans!
DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE they are also associated with these numbers as I have received the same call from this number and these numbers 855-283-4371 and 855-605-8361- Caller: some legal place

- Elspeth replies to Paul EleuterioThey are known scammers - they don't care whether you are the person they are looking for. If they can scare someone into paying their bogus debts, it doesn't matter who's paying. Block their numbers or ignore the calls.
