Caller asks to complete a telephone survey regarding medical insrance for the State of Ohio. First question asked is if I have my own cell phone or is this a business cell phone. I asked to go on to the next question as this is not relevant. Next question wants to know if I am over age 19 and how many people over age 19 live in my household. Next question wants my name, at which point I end the call.

Caller Hangs up. All the call are in the evening, outside of office hours and they keep calling a business number after 5:00pm. Weekends too!

Message says it's a survey about healthcare in Ohio (it's NOT the state calling)  
Called at 6 p.m. on Sunday.  Inconsiderate.

Caller identified herself as "State of Ohio" asking personal questions about health status and conditions. No answers were provided.

I presume a scam, fraudulent insurance scam or political call.

They man said he was conducting a healthcare survey for the state of Ohio. I told him I wasn't interested, he asked "why?" I said "because you have an 855 number and the call does not identify you as being from the state of ohio" click

well it looks like this guy's been busy this week judging from the dates of all these posts!  Says the same things to me as all of the above comments.  I asked to be removed from their call list, and he claims he can't do that because my number was "randomly" selected.  My A$$!  I know for sure I must have filled out a form applying for a health insurance quote, and that's how my number was obtained.  My cell provider can't put a block on them because it's an 800 number.  I may change my phone # just beacuse of this guy.  What a jerk!

I got a call from this number a person name David Wright saying he is doing a survery on Ohio insurance benfits.  This area code 855  is a Utah area code so  why do you gave a damn about Ohio. This a scan call . I am on the National Do Not Call List and this means for telemarkets to stop calling people on here cell phone. So Please Stop Calling....

Agree with the Above.  Called at 7:30 pm on June 1st and left a message about the survey, along with a referral number to give when calling.


This morning they called at about 11am, no message.  

Annoying!  I obviously did NOT call back!  Im not interested in taking your survey!  Stop calling!!!

I am on the National Do Not call list for telemarkets in case you don't know what that is it a number you can call or file on line to have telemarkets stop calling.Guess what I am on that list will you please stop calling.

All above comments are consistent with the call I received.  They asked me to confirm that I was on a cell phone.  I asked them to not call back. I then received my first ever spam text message from visacashoffer.com.  I have a feeling they are related.

This goofball HAS been busy this week. Has called my work # after hours every day. Leaves no message.

I  received another call  from this number  1-855-500-1438 on 6/7/2012. I  am on the national do not call list and this is my cell phone will you please stop calling.

This number left a message a week ago about a survey and has called me everyday since then. I don't pick up, but they keep trying. Always calls at night and constantly wakes up my baby. Going to give them a piece of my mind tomorrow when they call and they will call.

I don'trecall signing up for anything for them to be calling my son's cell phone. He is 11!! I don't know how they obtained that number.

Keep getting calls from 1-855-500-1438 . I am on the national do not call list for telemarket company will you please stop calling.  Thank You

If you don't know who is calling you from a 1-(855) number, I wouldn't call them. (855) is NOT always toll-free. Some of these have a charge back, where YOU pay for the call. Please remember, don't call numbers you don't know. Curiosity killed the cat.

They called me on Sat. I was driving and told them I couldn't talk. Called this morning at 10....left a message asking me to call back. After reading all these messages I won't be doing that! If I get anymore calls I will probably try the Atorney General route....

Called me at 8:05 PM! Have had NUMEROUS calls on my cell phone & I wont answer. BUT THEY LEAVE A VOICEMAIL......geez. Said his name was Patrick & was calling on behalf of the state of Ohio!!! Wants me to call back. No frickin way

I picked up receiver and listened. I hear background noise like a boiler room operation. I didn't say anything. After about 30 seconds the caller disconnected.
