Now I received the same letter with a 888 2095818 in California no court stamp nothing . The number and address is in known no address found anyone else receive this

received what looks like a court document with this phone number associated with it.  same cogent financial debt buyers trying to collect money that is NOT OWED.  funny that the doc is for a court in los angeles, yet the postmark is arizona...  we're not stupid!

Mine came from AZ with a fake seal from LA County Court Services

I have to and they said i applied for their medical service and i have kaiser i dont need them they have sent so many bogus letter and i keep forwarding to fair credit act with proof i also trying to sue them for all of the violations because each one can be upto 250,000 dollars. They are harrassing and using false information.

Is it real? I received from Medicredit, what looks like court papers, envelope says from county court services civil findings, legal notice. I live in California & this is from Phoenix. Letter says, Order of enforcement. it's been awhile but from time to time they send some document that I know is Bogas. This is from 2003.  After 13 years can they come after me like this?

Mine too. I got it today. My heart started to pound & then I really examined specifics, this is fake right? From Arizona, county court services. In red, legal notice, It says if I don't respond w/in 3 days they could levy. This is from 13 years ago, can they come after me?

In today's society, there is very little you can do to remain anonymous. I would advise against continuing to harass individuals by using illegal tactics as true and lawful action can be taken against you sir. What you are doing is illegal and could land you in significant trouble in the eyes of the law.

You must be the worst detective in the universe.  First you replied to a post made in 2012, 4 years ago.  Then you told him that simply picking up his phone is an illegal activity.  Try watching some old PI shows, at least they got it right.  You, you just a huge joke.

I disagree with your reading of the PI. Mister "Payup" looks like a confusingly terse shill, whom "Detective" is chiding for implied deceptive and unfair practices. It would have been more efficient to ignore an aged stupid remark and discuss what call recipients have for options when collection frauds are calling.

It's a clear scam.  If you were the subject of a court action, or pending court action, you would receive a letter from teh attorey for the other party.  You'd have a paper trail.  You would NOT first hear about a civil case from some scammery-scummery debt collector who cold calls you or sends you bogus documents.   Legal papers have to be served by a person authorized in your local area to serve process.

Also contact your local attorney general,  These people may be violating local state laws by impersonating an attorney.

Report them to your local law enforcement.  They are impersonating court officials.  You might want to consider a private lawsuit against them under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

No debt collector can levy against anyone' s  property.  That takes a court order and a legal process.
