- EETSAC.COM replies to Betty JC| 1 replyTHANK YOU for the information. If anyone finds the company or person that has been doing these hacks please email me at bangbang_sosa@yahoo.com
When someone messes with my bank account and my money its a red line. I hope the hackers are watching this forum to because I WILL WRITE DOWN the website and NEVER FORGET IT. And 40 years down the road when I have enough money to travel oversees where I think these guys are I will be coming for you and your company. The government can watch me come. Yes I may fail and never find these guys but best believe if I find your location I will get you physically and mentally if your found. And remember I don't care if your across the world I will travel, find you, then have some cocktails and leave. - Brian4JCSame issue...rec'd a charge on my bank account for $9.84 with a sister charge of $.08 for a service charge. The two charges were entered on 12/31/13 and were processed through my bank just a bit ago at 1/1/14 - Happy New Year...
The transactions were:
Visa Check IEWCS.COM 011-43114322 GB 12/31/13 ($9.84) and
Withdrawal Card Fee VISA INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ASSESSMENT Date 12/31/13
The goal here, of course is to flood the system with these charges knowing that MANY will go through without anyone catching them. As a smaller charge, it won't raise a red flag unless you monitor your account closely (as it appears we do). Very few people will miss $10 from their account...- Caller: Unknown - No Call
- TP replies to cwebcs.com FAKE!!!Same thing here on 12/31. Same company CWEBCS.COM was listed for $ 9.84. I've not been to Target or Amazon for any purchases in over a year. Could this possibly be a payment processor hack? Seems various people who have done business with various retailers all have the same problem.
- CVS ShopperI got a charge for 9.84 from ONWSAC.COM on 12/31/13. This happened the same day that I used my debit card in several weeks as I normally use my credit card. My actual use was at CVS. I wonder if they are having issues now. It is odd that this invalid charge hit the same day as the only actual usage in weeks.
- Don of the DeadGot it a charge from ETOSAC.COM on my account last night the charge supposedly occurred well I was making the hour long drive out to my in laws. one of the main reasons I discovered it, is I live paycheck to paycheck, and it was my last $10 in my account and my card was declined at White Castle on the way home from a New Years party. And of course my bank is closed today, so I emailed them and will be calling them tomorrow.
- Daniel replies to TomI had my debit card used for $9.84 to OwnSAC, and I rarely use the card outside of ATM withdrawals.
Used it 1 day earlier at a small bookstore in Brattleboro, VT, and then 3 weeks before to pay Netflix through Paypal. One of them must be the culprit.
Fortunately my bank (Chase) credited it immediately and will issue me a new card. I asked, and the customer rep had gotten a call about a $9.84 charge from the caller just before me, and to a similar merchant (FEOsac maybe?).
It's more than Target, that sucks. - RCharge appeared on 4 different credit cards I own. Common denominator--All linked to Amazon.
- Mark| 1 reply"Charge appeared on 4 different credit cards I own. Common denominator--All linked to Amazon."
This isn't the "Common denominator" as this $9.84 happen to some people \with no Amazon account. - Paul_Pfl replies to MarkCorrectomundo - this is neither related to Amazon or Target. Been emailing both mainstream and other news sites about this. Not a reply from any of them nor a peep about this from any of them in the news. That's what has me frustrated. These scumbags are billing people's cards multiple times per card until the victim notices it. With the holidays and all the shopping that people have been doing, it is way to easy for people to overlook a single charge of $9.84 to their account.
Meanwhile, both the banks and mainstream news are probably fully aware of this and ain't saying squat! Why??
I got hit once on the 27th and didn't notice it until last night. I was able to cancel the card online but unable to speak to anyone at the bank yet. I will do that tomorrow, politely demanding an investigation and see if they will provide me with any additional info they may have as to the possible scope of what is going down. I'm expecting them to tell me to get lost without telling me anything but I'm asking anyway - I don't care. I will come back and share any info they may provide.
Just a final word. Please DO NOT waste your time trying to contact these scumbags to get them to reverse the charges. They will tell you they will refund all or part of it within 5-6 business days. Don't fall for it, as they ain't returning anything. All you are doing is leaving your compromised card open for them to further abuse. Cancel the card immediately.
Good luck everyone. - Scott| 2 repliesI also received a charge of $9.84 from ETOSAC.COM on 12/31/2013.
It is a card I don't use and so the balance was very low and I get an alert email because of that. When I noticed that it had dropped about 10 dollars, I knew it was fraud immediately. My bank is on bank holiday, and so there is nothing to stop them.
It seems like this is crossing a huge number of barriers. This looks like something big we will be hearing about.- Caller: etosac.com

Juanita Gaines says:
FYI, I had a fraudulent charge from EETsac.com today on 12/10/13. I did some investigating. Folks, you need to cancel your credit card and have a new one reissued. Had it investigated and found that this was a bogus company overseas. I had to contact my bank to shut it down and reissue me another card. Check with the Better Business Bureau and they had no record. In checking with my job's security office it appears that this company may have link/hacked into Amazon and got ahold of my personal information and made a charge of $9.84. It appears they are fishing around to get info from active accounts.
EETsac.com is also affiliated with PremiumInsiderEducation.com, PremiumInsiderEducationPro.com and Lekra Ltd. It looks like they might have a virtual address at 47-49 Park Royal Road, London. If you look on PremiumInsiderEducation.com they have a link to Credorax.com. These are a scam to get access to your computer! The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

http://www.net-security.org/secworld.php?id=13376 - Jen replies to CBI had the same charge and I have never shopped at target. But I will say a lot of people who shop at amazon.com have been posting similar charges.
- Larry replies to Scott| 1 replyI had a charge for 9.84 from CEWCS.COM on my debit card this morning, called bank and had the card cancelled. This card was never used at Target so it must be something else going around.
- Todd replies to WatchfulIs your card saved on Amazon.com? I think that is how they got my number.
- PaulPfl replies to LarryJust had an in depth conversation with a woman who handles these things at my credit union. She did confirm that, in my case at least, another data breach has occurred somewhere, and was not related to Target. Apparently Mastercard flagged my account as well as someone else at my branch. However, she said Mastercard only said it was "E-Commerce" related but they were not specific about how or where - which is normal, she said. I was told that the only way we would ever see it reported in the news is if it was a major breach, such as the one at Target. She did say however, that if she had to guess, it would be an online merchant that was affected - based on the E-Commerce Tag. (Again, this is in my case.)
She did thank me for all of the company names and info I supplied her with. Really nice woman and I trust that she was being up front with me. We'll just have to wait and see how it plays out. One thing that puzzles me is that there are reports of individuals being targeted that have never ordered anything online. Wonder if there are 2 or more breaches that have taken place recently. Looks like us little guys may never know what really happened.
Good luck - SBPThe scary thing about this FEOsac.com charge of $9.84 is that I haven't shopped at Target, so apparently you don't need to even have shopped at Target to have been hacked. My bank actually caught the fraud and alerted me, and will issue a new card and reverse the $9.84 charge. Apparently getting a new card, with a different number, is the only solution to stop further charges to one's card.
- Justin replies to Wanda60% what sort of crappy bank do you have? Why why did you accept that BS answer?
- markgot a charge for 9.84 from onsac.com on my visa. why don t. the credit. card companied red flag these names and accounts after a couple of complaints and quit paying then
- JDF| 1 replyTwo of my cards have been hit - my debit (BoA) and my M/C (Chase) - both for $9.84. I use my M/C very rarely, and I can think of no single place that I have used both cards in the past few months. I have not been to Target or Amazon in recent memory. The odd thing: my debit card is less than a month old, so how in the world did they get the new number? I use it a lot, but only in person, and there have literally been fewer than 20 transactions with this new card – all at mainstream places like Trader Joe’s, Exxon, Netflix, etc. So frustrating. On the plus side, BoA, who I generally loathe, provided excellent customer service, as did Chase.
