This company CCDD = Local Key Word Directory, based in Montreal, Quebec.
I just received an invoice from CCDD sined by Andrew V. He is arrogant.
They a a scam company!

Local Keyword Directory is the company that's been trying to scam me for almost a year over 800 bucks. Now I also am getting a letter from Andrew Vanne stating he is a collection agency that works for them. Contact the commercial crimes division of the RCMP. That is what the BBB told me when I called them. What he is doing is illegal. The sad thing is just imagine how many businesses actually believe this is real and pay. Makes me sick.

I had a message from this "guy" Andrew and he sounds like a real piece of work from reading his messages here. Hey buddy, no one wants to hear about your scam! I called back because the Call ID number showed up as a REAL company we do work with. Almost got sucked in to talking to that waste until I googled the phone number.

Oh Andy your such a card. You might want to use different invoice numbers for different companies you are trying to shake down. You sent me three so called invoices with the same numbers, different  companies. Might be a flaw in your accounting system sparky. Of course we will pay, being 300 days over due we wouldn't want to run the risk of further action.

Oh, is that his name, Andrew.  I never spoke to anyone.  I had received about 35 or more 1-613 calls from Ontario
in 2 days, minutes within each other.  I only hear beeps, no voice, and he hangs up like a scared chicken when
I pick up the phone.  P.S.  I just received a phone call from Key Word Directory.  They read the posts.  Yes, Andrew is an active loser.

You are nothing but a liar, and you are very rude to people and you do hang up on people all the time.  And again like many have said where is the signed contract.  You just want to send invoices but where is the signed legal document.  You always say it is for advertising and a verbal agreement.  But where is the proof that it wasnt just someone talking to someone you represent and confirming information not agreeing to an advertising that is all wrong anyways.

This person Andrew keeps calling and being very rude demanding to speak to only one person within our company and then when that person is not available asked if someone else can help, hangs up.

False invoices as well, for some verbally agreed advertising that is not legal.  STOP CALLING

Once the moron starts autodialling you with the "unknown" number which is of course this piece of [***]. Start at CALL TRACE with your phone company. They will track this piece of work down and have the RCMP on his ass in no time.

Maybe everyone should start suing you and your localkeyworddirectory scam site for copyright infringement using protected images without consent!

This company is still in operation - how in the h*** do they get away with it? can we all band together and form one big document? Maybe the police, etc is bombarded with this info.  Then we can send it everywhere including online sites like ripoffreport....  Just a thought :)

Have you done anything with the class action suit. I am getting calls daily saying I owe $734.49 from Jan 3, 2015. It has been Helen calling stating I am refusing to take their calls and that if I don't return her call she will have no choice but to send it to the credit bureau and that will impact my credit rating. (I have blocked the number on my phone so I don't actually receive it) Now today I have received a message from Alexis that my file has been forwarded and to call immediately because she doesn't want to have to give this to the credit bureau. I have gone to my local police department and was told there is nothing they can do unless it becomes criminal where they are threatening me. A lawyer friend has told me to ignore it unless they try to take me to small claims court. I have in the past paid over $5000 to these scams until I smartened up and started researching. I have blocked all the numbers I can on the phone but now some are coming in under private name and you can't block those.

I just wish there was a way to make this go away

Your a scam artist period. Your real name isn't even Andrew and CCDD isn't even a real company.. Just like local keyword directory aka cmpages business listing scam site is worthless has no traffic. An has no real address just a post office box in a drug store!

When you try and trick businesses saying updating your listing makes it seems they did business with a "company" before. Step one of your Scam. Recording your con doesn't make it an agreement. Anyways verbal doesn't mean [***] as its not a binding contract.

Take any business to a REAL court an sue any business you like. You won't cause it's a SCAM! Instead your the fake CCDD aka localkeyworddirectory scam!

Especially copying and pasting information from business websites that takes 1 minute. Then post some lame as tweet directed from your fake business listing site with ZERO real traffic. What hard "work" you do.

No one uses that useless site. Yelp or YP or google you know the REAL place for info. Keep it up with your lame autodialers the 5 businesses of friends and mine you harassed have all reported it to the RCMP and our phone companies have been monitoring our lines!
