getting calls stating regarding a legal matter from High Point Mediations need to respond  to lawsuit #14688 within 24 hours. need to get these calls to my home and cellphone stopped immediately.

I got a call from this number also saying case number 14900

Same.  Got this message on home.  This is the firm of High Point mediations contacting you today in reference to a lawsuit.  Different case number.

Received a call from a scammer stating they were filing a lawsuit ..I told the B&^% bring it on, I don't owe anyone anything..& Im not paying!

I got the same call on my cell phone, house phone and even my parents got the same call three times yesterday.  My case # 14938.

Received a call from High Point Mediations last Friday, regarding a said debt from 6 yrs ago. Per the person on the phone, High Point was contacting me before it goes to court, and offering me a settlement substantially less than the debt owed. Since I had no recollection of the debt or company they said I owed, I requested written documentation of said debt, which they emailed me immediately.  Upon investigation of the document sent, and the company from which it came, I am unable to find any online information regarding this HIGH POINT MEDIATIONS company. The email address is admin@highpointmediations.com, however, there isn't a website for highpointmediations.com.  The google search comes up for superior courts of NC, Also the email only contained a logo of the justice scales and HIGH POINT MEDIATIONS no address.  The phone number on the email is 855 705 3401, and a Houston TX fax 281 668 6394. I was unable to get any type of mailing address from an online search as it seems this company is not listed on Google.  Confirming my suspicion that it is a scam.

They said I owed money from a payday loan from 6 years ago and thay I was going to be sued jb court for over $2500, but I could settle it now for like $800.  I told them to take me to court and they said a process server would be contacting me soon!

Can't show up with something that doesn't exist.

IF there were actual papers coming, you would NOT be warned (and that is also an illegal threat).  That company seems to have a not too  good history of reports here on 800notes.

Note another poster stated they refused to give any company  information - a violation of the FDCPA!

My friend got the call from High Point mediation looking for me they really try everything to scam you they called from a different number though unbelievable!!! im sure there changing numbers all the time. about a law suite yeah ok!!!

My phone came up private caller. I called the number that called me and it was a recording that that they were talking to other customers. I then googled it and saw nothing. I got another call just now asking for me and I said who is calling and then hung up. This is annoying and yesterday I was freaking out

Claims to be a debt collector. I have no debt with folks of this sort. It's a scam, fraud and extortion. Be careful.

Received a. Call from Donald Fox claiming to be. Processor who would bd coming to my job or home between 3 and 5 on Thursday . Also stated would be serving me for case D336681.. I called the court and there is no Case#.. I called the scam artist and man answered.  Told him he was a fraud , he said good luck in court and hung up

My girlfriend w the same BS . She changed her phone number twice within the last 3 months there's no way any one could've gotten her number .. I looked up the case number and the so called company and nothing appears . It's sad they target those around close to tax season and when people need it the most .

Has anybody paid these guys

They called me too and tried to get me to pay them saying they will serve me at a date and time i stay waiting for a procesdor to come and noone came then they said i will go to court but notjing came.
