Even if you sue the construction company they will say in court we hired this third company and we are not liable. The case will be dismissed and nothing can be done. There is no law in USA that states that any USA business cannot hire marketing company. Just like all the jobs are going to overseas is because of all the fraud in USA for workers compensation, labor laws all laws to make American lazy.

Fake company; annoying fax.

I got a lot of these-finally one from a local company. I called and the guy gave me a bunch of crap. I sued him in Small Claims Court for junk faxes. He did not show up. He had a used car lot, I put a lien on the cars and he paid. He continued to deny sending the fax. What a loser.

Junk fax about buying your used cars.  Google says the number to call is located at:  4957 W Erie St, Chicago Illinois 60644. They deserve a couple of hundred late night visitors pounding on their door.

A waste of my fax paper.  We are a business that has nothing to do with cars and therefore this is junk solicitation.  We will post to Do Not Call Registry.

We get a junk fax weekly now with this number listed on the bottom.  The latest ones are to buy European Classic Cars they list a guys name, phone number and email acct.  Either Yahoo or Gmail.    Are business lines including fax are all VOIP so its generally pretty easy to block the annoying sales calls.   These guys are pretty sneaky.  I checked our call logs to the fax machine against the time stamp on these faxes and low and behold for the incoming number our Fax number was the spoofed number.   I highly recommend not calling the 855 number as this will automatically harvest your phone line you called from, along with any number you input into the system.  However you can waste this guys time because most of the call back numbers are cell phones, so just hit *67 on your phone, (stops your Caller ID from being broadcast) dial the number and annoy them with a sales call.  Call em and tell them your selling house speakers out of a van that happens to be in there area and where can he meet them.  Cheers

This number is supposed to get you off their SPAM FAX list for a criminal roofing company in California.
The phone number in the FAX is 510-401-4156 which I report separately.

Usual scam fax with this number shown if you wish to be removed from their list.  Just same old number mining to sell your number to telemarketers.

Junk fax from Sam Hicks Paving (which is a real company). The 855 # is listed in tiny print at the bottom of the fax page with the message: "To be removed from our list, call 1-855-595-3761"
