There is another number that might be part of this scam:  1-877-430-2661
I called it and asked for their address.  They yelled at me and said I was not entitled to it.
I called the number back and got a different individual who gave me 29910 Murrieta Hot Springs Rd Suite G-36 Murrieta, CA 92563.  When asked why I wanted it I told them I felt this could be a possible scam and wanted to report it.  They went ballistic and said they would sue me for defamation.  I said I only said it MIGHT BE a scam.  Again anger and a hang up.  The way I look at it- if it isn't a scam they would talk to me politely and get to the bottom of it.  They called themselves Council Firm law and litigation office.

There is another number to watch for as well. 877-430-2722.  I received a call on Monday, October 3, 2016.  Received email from Right Signature on behalf of Derek Johnson.  Never signed the document, received 4 other emails and 2 phone calls.  Mr. Johnson stated I hadn't signed the document yet and it expires today (72hrs), however, the document itself says Nov. 2, 2016.  After doing some more investigating b/c of course they call while you're at work and no time to do anything at said moment.  I sent email back asking for proof of debt to be mailed to me.  In which I received a phone call and email from Robert Archuletta stating they are rescinding the offer.  These people are relentless.  The statute of limitations is up.  The debt is from 10 years ago.

The Calvary firm contacted me for an old Bill that I owned so I paid them the money thinking they were real and not thinking about it I paid this same bill through a different firm a year before now in third year a new firm is trying to get me to pay it again or take me to court. And now I can't get in touch with Calvary firm at all be very careful about who you pay money to it's a scam with this company or non company

Before I actually checked this out, I had already paid them over $3200 since January 2017. When I finally did do the research, I found all these different company names:

I received a call from someone claiming they had tried serving me papers. When I started questioning them they gave me another number to get the details. That went to a so called company in Liberty WA. There they threatened me with a so called debt from Bank of America. They had all my information and when asked what is my court case they said they don't have one yet  because they figured we could work it out on the side. Within 10 minutes I had received an email about a credit check on my credit report through The Calvary Firm. I called the number provided on the credit check and got the run around so I hung up. They then called me back and asked if the call dropped and I stated no that I was going to get an attorney. The man then stated my name and included my maiden name and then stated the county I live in. He then told me we got you Sherry and they county is coming to get you and hung up. I called Experian to dispute this credit report and was told they can't help me, at this time it looks to be reasonable. Even though I have no accounts with Bank of America and they can see that.

Are you still receiving these. I had this happen today and within 10 minutes my credit report was ran by them. How do they even do this with no full SS#. I am furious and the credit report agency said it seems legit so they won't let me dispute it. This is unreal

They called saying that I owed medical bills and they were the last chance to resolve b4 being sued. The scary part is they knew my ss# and my credit cards.the ran an inquiry on Transunion that where ther name and address were. B Ware I’m going to call transunion and see what they say

Medical billing scam, no doubt of that. Don't be to concerned about scammers having your name, social and some bank info, your personal info can be leaked, stolen and bought for pennies. Hospitals records are esp vulnerable. A voice on the phone is not legal notice of a debt, you can discourage many of these callers by demanding proof of the debt.
