Actually, I notice she DID deny it. What part of " This information is not true" did you neglect to read? And who said she couldn't pay her bills ? Those are your words not hers.
You are one of the more pathetic excuses for a troll I've seen.

The only low lives on this thread are you and your shill buddies.  I challenge you to prove that anyone who ever posted a bad review about your company is someone who has been dogging responsibility their whole lives.

If you can't please crawl back under your rock in the maggot infested boiler room you work in

What crimes you low life illiterate?  You clearly aren't very smart are you, but that does not surprise me.  Debt is a civil matter, not a criminal matter.  It is no surprise that a bottom feeder like you doesn't known the distinction between a crime and a tort.

Why should anyone deny anything about a crime, they didn't commit one (even if they do have a debt).  Since you a clearly a functional illiterate, let me spell it out for you --- the FDCPA puts the responsibility for validating the debt on the collector, not the alleged debtor.  The burden of proof falls on you, not them

Just got a call from them. Before I returned the call, i googled the number and found this page. When i called back, the person who answered the phone was non other than Wilkerson, who appears to be pretty popular on this chain. The gentleman i spoke with, Mr. Smith, informed me that he was calling about a debt with Holiday Group LLC. Here's the problem: I paid that in 2012. This year, two other scam agencies contacted me and threatened a lawsuit because of the debt. They always called when i was at work and not near my files so i fell for the scams and paid over the phone. I ended up paying an additional $1200 this year for a debt that has already been satisfied AND removed from my credit report. Now, a debt agency calls me about this account at least every 2 weeks. That's not an exaggeration. When Mr. Smith called me today i went OFF. i'm tired of being harassed about a bill that has been paid! Yes, it went into collections in the first place but i paid it off over a year ago. I told him that it's been paid and that if they want to sue me then go right ahead because at this point I have 3 letters showing that it's been paid in full. I also told him that i know his company is a scam and read him the thread from this page. I told him all about Wilkerson and he said "Ma'am, that's hearsay. Every company gets bad reviews." I laughed and told him that's exactly what Wilkerson said on this thread. I work for a Fortune 500 company and if i made the comments that she did on this thread, i would get fired. My company monitors our activity online to ensure that we represent the company to the highest standard. I'm sure that their employer would be upset to know that they are calling people "low lifes" or "#bums."

This is a big scam, when they called they told me that we owe a debt with a paid loan and that there would be  a warrant for arrest. So I called my attorney who stated not to give them a dime and suggest that I call the Attorney General Office which I did and I am filing complaint with them against this company.

Just got off the phone with a debt collector as well as "Criminal Law Firm". Both companies expressed a debt that I clearly have to pay. What grabbed my attention is that they are both representing the same company. After talking with "Investigator Wilkenson" I realized that the amount that she said is owed is over 200% of the original principle. I asked what the original loan amount was and she expressed that she doesn't have that information. She also said that she is going to file charges of check fraud on my behalf, in the county in which I live. After speaking with the other company I was able to agree to a much lesser settlement amount and was even able to get the original amount of the principle from the payday loan I had.im not sure what company Investigator Wilkenson says she's from other than "Criminal Law Firm"! I tried looking them up via google but nothing comes up. I need to know if this is a scare tactic to get people to pay old debts, or are they really legit.

Quiet now, and you may see the Shill, in its natural environment. Notice the heat from the broiler room, the stench of desperation. You may even be able to hear sound of furious illegal / shady threats, the desperate lies, and poor grammar.  Careful now, these are silly creatures when caught in their lies and make react quickly and with lots of CAPSLOX OF RAGE and sock puppetry.
