If you get a call from this number it is a SCAM! I had to contact my Attorney who advised that these people are claiming that you owe a debt in an attempt to distort money from you. They will call your employer if they have a number and ask to speak with your supervisor to scare you in to paying. Don't pay it, tell your employer what is going on and report this SCAM!!

This number keeps calling claiming to be a law firm now some guy is threatening take me to court

this caller keeps threathening me with a fake claim for a debt i dont owe and saying they will take me to court.

I contacted "Brown & Goldstein" after my brother received calls from 855-606-1319.  Spoke with someone who let me talk to Kevin Cleary.  Kevin told me their client Quincy Financial was trying to collect a debt from him my brother and if he didn't pay they were going to file several different charges on him.  He was unable to give me any information on Quincy Financial.  Kevin became rude, so I asked to speak to his supervisor.  I was transferred to supervisor Chris Smite who was also very rude.  He told me he wasn't going to help me anymore and my brother needed to contact their office.  He was talking over me and trying to rush me off the phone.  Before we hung up I asked if this was a scam because the same number that called my brother was also on Google as a scam.  He then became even more hateful and rude and hung up.  I called back and he was the first "representative" to answer (not sure why the "supervisor" is answering the phone).  I said "Oh, Mr. Smite, just who I wanted to talk to".  He told me he was recording the phone call, pushed two buttons on the phone, told me he was going to press harassment charges on me if I called back, pushed two more buttons and hung up.  I was told by Kevin that they are located in Buffalo, NY and their hours are 9 am - 5 pm EST.

what if my wife did this and we had a joint acct at the time she wrote  a check from an acct and then closed it once she got the money, the are putting a judgment on me and my social is there a way to make her pay for her ignorance or am i again going to suffer for this stupid jerk

Holy hell these people are rude!! I'm so glad I found this page before speaking to these [***]. I have received several calls from this "company", but I never answer or call back. Well I just received a call at my work. When I advised the guy that he can't legally call me at work, he yelled, literally yelled at me, "LEGALLY I CAN CALL YOU AT WORK BECAUSE THIS IS A COURT MATTER!" I said to him again, that no, you legally cannot call me at work. He yelled again, this time yelling "FINE! THEN I'LL COME TO YOUR WORK AND SERVE YOU!" I then told him he's welcome to do so, because I work at a Police Department. He then hung up on me.

Hahahahaaa distort, its amazing that your smart enough to turn a computer on and take out a loan. The worst thing about sites like this is that 1 scum of the earth person who steals money can put it on a website and others considered it gospel. Some methods used may be a little shady, but how it in today's world its alright to get welfare and food stamps and think its ok to take out loans for crack and think it is alright to steal even more money. You people realize they claim these as a loss after 5 years and get tax benefits, which if you look at the bid picture, you  are paying for these scum bags to sit home and smoke crack with their kids

Received call to solicit computer tech support. Anywhere from  $150 to $350. Said they were from Micromicro soft
