They just called and told me that Im gonna be served and they need more information from me and if your being served they don't call you they just pop up on you. So I as Google legal services and there's no website so I know it's a scam! If they call back I'm gonna go OFF on them!!

Someone from this company contacted me from an Unknown number leaving a message saying that I would be served with some type of court papers at home or either my place of employment.  First and foremost if being served to appear in court you will not receive a phone call; the individual will just serve the papers to you in person.  I called to see what the matter is about and apparently it's for a 10 year old payday loan.  I think I have received a phone call from them about a year ago from some guy who claimed to be a detective he had an Indian accent and the area code was a New York area code. He also claimed that they were going to file something with my local sheriff's office.  After I asked him to send me proof that he tried to contact me by e-mail he got nervous and told me that he would have to call me back.  I never received that return call....I think this is the same company but now they have a "professional" name.  It's a scam and I think this is their way of trying to extort money on old debts (again I'm unsure if the debt is mine).  I want them to stop harassing me because it is causing me stress with the scare tactics that they are trying to use to get money.

They said I would be served papers at my home or work. And that they were a legal service. This isn't my first one like this!

a lady that was rude and said she was from the department of legal services called and said I will be served a supena. She then told me to call 855-651-0912 immediately otherwise they will take further actions and started harrasing me. I asked her what am I being served with. She said, "Ma'am, I have no idea what your personal debts are. You just need to call and pay!"

same thing called at 4:30 pm and again at 6:00 pm - told them I am reporting them immediately to the authorities and to not call back- years ago I worked pt as a process server and you never call someone first to serve legal documents-
they are low-life scammers who need to crawl back under their rock-do not give them the time of day!

I received a message from an unknown number stating that they were going to process some sort of state papers and to call this number with a claim number.  The woman was either drunk or had a bad cold.  A man called about the same thing about a year ago and when I asked what it was about he stated it was for a pay day loan back in 2000---I told him I didn't owe anything on any loans and he was arguing with me.  So I told him to take his best shot because he wasn't get a damn dime from me.  Never received papers or another phone call until today.  What jerks!

REAL, legitimate process servers do NOT call!!  This is a scare tactic & the caller hopes to extort money from you,.  Go pack to page 1 of this thread.  There are several ways to fight back given as well as contact numbers to file complaints.

Blocked phone number called. Left message, repeated last 4 of my social says they are going to serve me at home or place of employment. And that the voicemessage serves as a official notification. This is a scam..!!!! Won't call back and I don't answer blocked call id. If they don't want to identify themselves I have no use in speaking with them.

I got this call last week (and had a hunch this was a scam because of the wording and approach). As I asked questions the lady was getting irritated and kept saying, "ok, well we will just see you in court." She said I owed a $500 loan from 2008. I have made some poor decisions in the past and am working to take care of the debt currently.  I asked the name of the company and she provided me with it. I said I'm going to call them and I'll call you back. She said they wouldn't be able to give me any information about it. I said, "I've been in debt long enough, lol, I know how this works."
I called the company and they said I owed for two loans, $250 & $250 and gathered some other info. I called her back and asked again what I owe and she said for a loan for $500. I said, "just one?" She said yes. I let loose on these scammers and she said, "see you in court and hung up!" So I called back and told her if she contacted me again I would sue her for harassment. Hung up yet once again. I've dealt with many collection agencies and this.....BULLSH*T! ***BEWARE***

Called today from 855-651-0912 stated he was Rob Lincoln. Terror scam. He said he had a legal situation for me and we needs to take care of this right away. Wanted my address. If I owe you money and you have my cell and supposedly my ss#, wouldn't you already have my address?  Probably some 10 year old credit card debt I owed back in the day.  Remember if it is ever a legit legal situation, an attorney will not call and ask for your address or want to handle it by credit card over the phone. You would get lots of letters and even service my Deputy to go to court. Scam!
