They keep threating me and have called my family and today I got a call supposely from a officer from my state stating he will be serving me and/or my work papers taking me to court on fraud charges. I hope they are full of it. Yes I do plan on doing the right thing, but only after I take care of my basic needs and my family. They will have to stand in line. Threatening call from 844) 466-6173 saying they had papers for me to sign and if I didnt they would ask my manager where i was at. They would go to the house and if i still refused it would be a denial letter.

These so called papers are normal legal papers and a legit law firm uses a certified process server.

I got a call from unavailable number, with a voice mail stating that she was a private courier and would stopping by my job to serve me or have me sign some papers then my home ad if she didn't contact me today she would put me as a refusal to sign. WELL at first I was a little scared not knowing what the heck it was about, so I called the number they left 844-466-6175 Ext 5210 and made arrangements to pay then I kept thinking about it so I tried looking them up......... can not find much on them. well I work for a collection agency so I am now going to talk to my boss to find out my options.  because I know collection agencies have laws they have to follow. I also know them scum bags buy the debt for pennies on the dollar then whatever money they collect they keep, they keep moving offices etc.
