- 855-695-4284| 1 replyI was called by this number early on a Saturday morning. When the caller asked For someone I had never heard of I said they had the wrong number to which the caller Demanded I go get the person ! Once again I nicely said "Wrong Number". Than the caller informed Me I needed to just "Settle Down". If I just "Settled Down Everything would be Ok" . Now this person called ME with the wrong number and I nicely said so but I needed to "Settle Down". How can they keep calling when your name is on the Federal NO CALL list ?

The Do Not Call list works much the same way as a speed limit sign on the highway with the same degree of effectiveness and enforcement. - pjno message left

- Maggi| 1 replyI got an actual phone message from this number telling me that I had won a $50,000 home improvement from their awards dept, though they didn't say the name of their company! The message also said I had entered into this contest sometime in the last year-I don't think so! I am surprised they did leave their phone number-could this realty be legit? ;-)
- Caller: Don't know
- Mike-in-MD replies to MaggiIt is just your typical promotional prize sales gimmick. You have not actually won the top prize, just a chance to win it. Most likely what you will win is a gift card to a local chain restaurant or something similar. This call sounds very much like the approach Direct Buy uses. Direct Buy is a membership showroom for high end remodeling purchases with a steep, multi-year membership fee. The way this promo works is they use the top prize as the lure to get you to attend a presentation at their showroom where they show you all the wonderful things you can save on by joining and purchasing through them. At the end of the 90 minute to 2 hour sales presentation you get a chance to draw a key out of a bowl whether you join or not. If the key unlocks the door, you win the top prize. The chances are 1 in 25,000 to 1 in 50,000 you will win and only one showroom per state will have a winning key. The could be Direct Buy or a similarly operating competitor.

- Corkey ConeThey called again. But my phone didn't ring. Because my Sentry Call Blocker blocked them after I entered their number a couple of months ago. It's so peaceful around the house now because after I click the "reject" button on my call blocker, it does the rest. I installed my call blocker the 1st of May. I had 15 numbers I blocked in the first 3 weeks. Now I'm up to only 19 blocked numbers 3 months later. So I've got my monies worth as far as silencing these low life's.
- Sandra| 1 replyThis person called me tonight and I told him if they any of their person come to my home I will call the police.

- Tamianth replies to SandraDo consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Called back with my number blocked and it was K-Designers. Told the [***] exactly what I though of him and his mother.

- KenAn alleged survey company ... Ended up asking only what city I lived in, after asking if it was a cell phone and whether I was in a place where I could talk safely. Might have noticed my distinct lack of enthusiasm. Polite, anyway.
- Corkey ConeTonight they called after 8:00 PM. Blocked again, they were. I love my Sentry Call Blocker so much. It is the only thing that has prevented me from grabbing my phone cord with both hands and ripping it out of the wall. The best $54.00 device I've bought in a long time. I installed it May 1st and had 19 blocked calls added in the first 3 months. Now, on September 2nd, I'm up to 27 blocks, and my house is peaceful. And if the low-lifers at K-Designers and the other scammers want to spoof, I've got 9973 more numbers I can add to the reject list. I WIN.
- Just MeI thought they got my name/number from the phone book because they asked for Mr. or Mrs. That Name. I knew they didn't know me because they horribly mispronounced my name. When that happens, I always tell them they have the wrong number. But then they asked if I lived on a certain street, where I do not live & never have lived. That's strange, since I do not have my address listed in the phone book. Then they asked if I am a homeowner...I lied & said I am not. Sometimes I like to play with these guys. So, even though I'm on the DNC list, they got my name, number, & and incorrect address from somewhere to try to sell me something.

- twocatsmama replies to rodnil| 3 repliesI have had the same issue, when I answered and they did talk to me I called them out on it being a scam and they wanted to know who told me so. I said ME! I am smarter than you give me credit for. Then they switched numbers several times that they have called from. Bugs me to no end!!! Too bad Vonage won't allow you to block these #'s.
- BarliteReceived call 10:00 answered no one there. Thanks for the previous messages I now know not to answer
- Gary| 1 replyThis number belongs to a company called K-Designers. They disregard the DNC list so that is why you are getting calls from them. The owners name is Larry Judson. This is a company that is known for it's deceptive practices, low quality products. If you research more you will find that this is a company that needs to be shut down. Take a look at this link http://legalnewsline.com/news/230013-siding-a ... with-washington I think we should all start calling Larry Judson, those of us who are on the DNC list, and start a lawsuit against him, again.
