On 4/1/16 I was doing a search to find out who called. I was directed to a site that said "Type Any Phone Number & Search Free Get Name, Address, Age & More!". A price was quoted and I closed out the site. I never gave them my Discover card number.

Got e-scammed by Anne agent# Jamene, Supposedly in Texas. Recurring Payment authorized on 8/21 appears as SRVTS.Com and a Nevada Phone caller. $40.00 charge on my statement for  never signing up with them.

Speaks a little english, but somewhat Chinese accent  Will take the bank statement to the bank for a credit.

I was charged 39.95 for a transaction I didn't approve

Got 2 $29.95 charges on my account from SRVTS18557030260 NEVER AUTHORISED THESE CHARGES!!!! What's going on with these ppl and being allowed to charge WHO or WHAT they want!!!!!!

They have been taking money out of my account for months and when I called they acted like they didn't know who I was or what I was talking about. I threatened with legal action and the attorney general and still nothing. Anybody else have this done? Any suggestions?

You'll have to go back to bank and have charges reversed for fraud and also change out any financial account numbers they may be using.  Scam!

Bad! Bad! Bad! They should be shut down. Watch out for loan companies who work with these companies. I called to cancel my $1 credit report and they hung up on me and continued every time I called back!

Your bank can help you on reversing the charges.  Also you might consider canceling your existing credit card and getting a new one.

Contact your bank and let them know this company took money without your authorization. Then close your account and open a new one.
It's highly unlikely this scammer will refund your money.
