Agent Austin, ID #344926 from this company who answered call center even stated couldn't transfer to a supervisor becuase he is the supervisor AND declined to transfer me to the fraud department. Furthemore, only refunding 1 month (i had not caught their prior charges in my own oversight) and that was only with an attitude after arguing. I have never used the service, but I can bet it's as horrible as the customer service. If the bare minimum refund is not in my account in the 3-5 business days as agent austin stated, i will be pursiung even above the FTC. This is ridiculous that I have to go borrow gas money to make it home from work because they took my money and gave me crap for asking for it back.

As stated previously, you should be taking this up with your bank.

Most likely her bank since that is the first call you should be making.

You have to get a new card or they continue even after cancelling the service I never okayed

I started getting charged through my walmart moneycard  since april 2018 i only discovered the charges at beginning of August, i call walmart money card  to dispute these charges .
Just got letter claiming that the transactions were authorized  and denying my claim
I also had filed with the FTC, and notified the 3 credit agencies of possible idenity theft
Also file report with sheriff dept.

File fraud report with local law enforcement also contact the FTC & B.B.B. and all 3 credit agencies
And green dot bank who has prepaid cards ,walmart money card wont do anything

Who did you get the letter from? Who does it state authorized the transactions?

I have had the same problem with these ppl and I also have threatened them with legal consequences and still nothing
