- LinRGot a pink card with a name I never heard of but with my address, stating about a mortgage with CB&T MTG regarding time sensitive matter regarding a loan. Then to top it off got a flyer from a furniture store and window coverings address to this family with a new neighbor discount.
- Shelley| 1 replyI was called at work stating I needed to call back about a loan that urgently needed taken care of or they were filing a letter for a warrant for my arrest. The scary thing is they knew where I worked and live. Said the county they were going to file for my warrant. Also I would be arrested at work, if I didn’t call back that day with payment arrangements. Very abusive company.

- BigA replies to ShelleyWell except for the fact that no one gets "arrested" for not paying a bill since debtor's prison was outlawed some 250 years ago.
- Kobra| 1 replyReceived yellow postcard from H.W.C. saying it was an important notice regarding my mortgage. However, the mortgage company they referred to was the one that originated my home loan but they sold it to another lender shortly thereafter. It also says in small print that "All info chided by HWC, 855-715-1657. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan info not provided by **insert original lender's name here**. I totally smell scam here.

- Tygerkat replies to KobraAre you sure it says all info "chided"? Because that makes no sense.
- Nikko's MomReceived the same postcard as others but this one was pink. Claims I need to call about an important matter regarding this loan. Total scam.

- RecyclingIsGoodIdentify Scam Mailings: The first clue is that there is no return address on the postcard. The second is that the postage area on the right states it is from Daytona Beach, Florida. That narrows it down to that state where the lender would have to have an office. The third clue is that the closing date is way off. Fourth, the Mortage ID looks unfamiliar. Fifth, and finally ... the stupidest way they give themselves away is when they put in small print at the bottom right corner, "All information provided by H.W.C. 855-715-1657, not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by your current lender." Dumb scammers, annoying, but idiots!

- Roxie Cummings replies to MikeThey are still at it. I recently closed on a house and it reference the date I closed. Scum! Thanks for your entry from last year.
- Roxie CummingsI received a yellow post card asking me to call on an urgent matter. They referenced closing of a recent purchase which was true. Makes me sick they can get to this type of information in order to scam people.

- Rob replies to NellieReceived a pink postcard, PSFC from Dayton Beach, FL, with the same crass wording on it as described in previous posts. The postcard had my full name and address on it and to call 855-715-1655 and that it is time sensitive. Tossed the same.
- annoyedThis place is relentless! I get a post card in the mail once per month from them. I recently refinanced my home, and keep getting the post cards saying "time sensitive" and "call immediately". I actually have called them, twice, to tell them to just stop sending me these, but they get very upset and hang up on me. Then I get more of them. Someone needs to put an end to this place!

- MonicaI am so glad I decided to google this number. I have been receiving letters and little yellow cards from these people since my family and I moved in here. It's a good thing the Closing Attorney warned us a head of time of such scams.
