is there no way to stop this caller, nothing i've tried has worked...

My Grandma died in 2012. When I moved in right after they kept calling for her  3 to 5 times daily asking for her. Recently in the past 3 months I had enough and started yelling and screaming at them. Then they started talking about how I was going to go to hell, and virgins and a whole bunch of stuff I couldn't understand. Then they would call and first thing they would say is [***] blah blah blah... then today at 8:35, yes ten min ago they called and use my name. I never gave them my name. They started telling me how they would rape me ect. EVERYTIME I try *69 or do searches on their numbers it comes back to these people, and the numbers arent working even if you call back 30 secs later. Our phone and home are not in my or my husbands name. SO how did they get my name!

Ive gotten calls from this company and they know my ssn and my birthday who are these people.  They were saying something about an auto loan!!!!

Yes I am....I have received 4 calls from this #.  One yesterday at 8 am and 3 this morning -- all before 7 am.  No message left.

An automated teller says blank technician... If you know your parties extension... Or dial zero for operator. CONTINUOUSLY...

This number is calling me everyday! This morning at 7:36. I thought they were laws about what hours they could call. I guess some do not have to go by the "do not call list". This is sooooo annoying.

Actually,  no one has to go by the do not call registry list that are not a Registered with the FTC Telemarketing business who is required to purchase the list monthly.(Telemarket= Telephone sales of goods or services)   The Do Not Call Registry only applies to them.  Any other violations are handled by other appropriate govnt agencies.
Some don't like it......but that's the way it is....

They call at 6:20 am and do not leave a message, driving me crazy,

Calls start very early in the morning. they call every 45 minutes. I am on the do not call registry stop calling me! I believe one of the calls was from an auto service company. The calls all say something different, all are very difficult to understand. Other numbers are starting to call, some say "private number" most start with 855 area code. Its like an infection that wont go away. I have no plans of returning the calls and I always tell them I will report them.
They don't care. I am wondering how they got my number?

I have looked at my caller ID and this number pops up 8 times. No messages have been left. I have learned in the passed that if you answer certain numbers and it can attached to it and rob you of your identifying information. A few years ago, I found my bank account high jacked by this manner. I never answer numbers I do not know.

These a$$hats started calling me at 6:27 a.m then again at 6:45 a.m and again at 9:45 a.m. I have yet to answer. Perhaps I will answer the next time they call, and blow a nice loud whistle, just like someone else did. We'll see how much they like calling my number again.

I've been getting calls from them the past 3 days.  I just let it go to voicemail (no message) and then tried to call the number back to see who it is.  I got a message saying the number is not in service at this time.

I go tthis call and when i picked the phone they started abusing in my native language..who the hell these guys are.we need  some strong action against them.

There was a guy that's called numerous times from this number. Each time they have called, I've asked him to take me off their listing. I've day when he called he told me he was from New York, Los Angeles....where the hell is this place.....I'm sick of then calling my phone. Today the guy, Michael Scoffield, which I had to ask numerous times, Sid he was calling from Auto Loan Network....I have no need for an auto loan....Really wish someone would kick these people in their tails and throw them in jail

my husband gets calls from this number 3-4 times a day-even with "do not" call and blocked how do they get thru??

The caller is a scammer or something similar.  They do not abide by any laws.   As far as their calls getting thru,  I don't know what he is using for blocking but if he is depending on the Do Not Call Registry List,   it does now block anyone's call.  It is just a list.  Keep in mind that nothing will stop the scofflaws when they want to call your number.  It's what they do.
