I just received a call from that number stating the same thing . Saying I will be served papers at work from the authorities and If I call by the end of the day I can avoid going to court

They called saying I had charges pending in Bedford county and they will serve papers to me at work .

Is this a scam? Got a called saying that there’s a complaint file and case number about some debt and they will press charges. They also called my mom. It just sounds bit weird.
They also don’t have my married last name. They said my maiden last name and the last 4 of my social. Called from an unknown number and then left this 854-750-3338. I also haven’t lived in the state they say they’re pressing charges at in over 7 years. So is this a scam?

Had the same thing done to but she said had 3 pending her name was Megan Taylor she had my full name and last 4 number of social security  number

Said I had 3 cases against. If I did I wouldn't  have been able to renew my driver's license

Are they claiming you owe money to DMV or for driving violations? That would be the only reason they wouldn't renew a DL.
If you borrowed money and didn't pay it back, they can't refuse you a DL because you owe "someone" money.

Received a call from Misty Collins who works for Location Services. Said that I was to call 855-750-3388 and gave me a case number.
