Daniel 1-877-614-7554 and Harry 1-855-760-8955 are computer scam criminals. They lie and say they work for Microsoft and try to get you to pay $300 or more dollars to remove hijacking software from your computer. When you allow them to connect to your computer they steal whatever information they can find.

Computer alert said the my computer was being hacked by someone in Mexico. Tried to sell $300 protection plan that would stop these hackers.

Scammers got my mom to call them and scared her into giving her identity. But the minute they started asking for money upfront and bank account numbers, she got suspicious and hung up. But not before gaining access to her computer and looking around first.

Just in case, we scanned for malware with Kaspersky and Malwarebytes and found nothing so far. Hopefully they didn't leave any backdoor programs to gain access later.

This number came up as a Microsoft number on an error message on my computer. They tried to sell me some remote security system and said my IP address was insecure.
