Please do not pay anything to these people, they say their Investegators but their not, they will tell you anything to get you to believe that you owe them money. That's because some scumbag sold them your information and if you pay them trying to get rid of them your wrong they will only come back with a new name trying to see if they can fool/scare you again. Block their# if you what to have fun during the Holidays call them. They should be ashamed of themselves calling people up during the Holidays but I'm sure their not.

I received a call on my cell phone, left a message, sounds like they are using something similar to google voice, definitely has the markings of a scammer

Got a call on my cell phone with this recorded message: "this named person left this number as a point of contact on some documents.  If you know the whereabouts of (named person) please call this number (855-775-2417) immediately."

Do not pay this company. I had called representing a debtor that was contacted by one of these scum bags and inquired about their company name, information and licensing. Every question was avoided or met with a response of "not being required to divulge the information". They are adding double interest to all accounts in their office, they are threatening with sherriff department and warrants for arrest. They are in clear and direct violation of the FDCPA. Please do everyone a favor and report them immediately to
www.ftc.gov and your local attorney generals office as well as theirs. The company name is Kennedy, Cline and Associates.  

Does anyone know the name of these guys?  I am trying to find a point of contact collection agencies are so tight with there location information. They have been have tons of fdcpa violations and I have clients that what to get back at them for these violations.

I'm tired of them calling me.  they contacted all of my in-laws, telling them my business.  I called to speak to a supervisor and the person who answered was rude and kept asking me for my name. I've told them more than once I don't owe this bill, it's paid

This number called me as well and totally hacked my name and added my sister in law in there as well. Told me that the sheriff would be coming out in the morning with a subpeona for her and me.he name given to me was  Investigator Chris Lockhart and his ext is 307. They even gave me a case #. Anyone else?

Ever watch the Fox tv show 'COPS'? Ever see the police on the show call people up & say "Hi, This is Officer Malloy, I'll be by in the morning with my partner Reed to serve you a summons". Court cases are a matter of public record. A quick call to your City, or State would tell you if there are any pending law suites against you. But in this case the reality is how can someone in Asia, or Africa sue you? Because that's where the calls are coming from.

These people (debt collection agency) have called me two days in a row leaving messages for someone I've never heard of.  I'm on the national do not call list, so I have filed a complaint against them.  

I have been getting calls from this same number for about 2 weeks now, they even went so far to call my dad who lives 120 miles away from me telling him that I was going to be sued and that he needed to tell them where I was and that there was a claim #. I have blocked the number so we will see if they continue thier crap scam. Sick of this already and I know all of you that are getting calls are as well.

There is no true Address for these people so trying to seek legal help is useless just block their number and report them to the FBI. Please do Not pay them!!

If they contact any family members their trying to see if they will pay on your behalf. They called my dad and when my dad called back my dad knew it was a fake and said he wasn't going to give them any money then the guy told him that he was going to go to jail for aiding a felon and the cops where coming to arrest him and his wife that afternoon. That was in October and my parents are still waiting for the cop.

Make sure your dad did not give them any money.

Even if your on the national do not call list does not stop scam artist like these or legit collection agency from calling you just block their number if you don't want them calling anymore telling them that its not you is useless.

They will give you an address but its not real they have been different law firms with different phone numbers the fact is they don't care what law their breaking because their not legit a matter of fact they are not even in the United States of America! Just like they can't sue us we can't sue them.

These people called my step father's cell phone regarding my name and a case no.. I have no legal ties to my step father so I have no clue how they even got his phone number. They threatened to send a sheriff to my place of employment or residence. LOL. Bring it. I have no outstanding debts, this is just pure harassment.
