Mary people can't collect on a paid account so if people like you would just pay there bill with the original lender the debt would never get sold so the lender can make some of their money back  instead of wasting time on the internet trying to find ways to get out of paying your bills maybe you should take a sit at one of those desk so you can have money to pay off the account the lender had to sell because you would not pay

Before you launch into you pedantic pontifications about "paying your bills", can you please cite where Mary "did not pay her bills"?

If not you have removed all doubts that you are merely a shill with diarrhea of the mouth and constipation of the mind.

I guess you missed my question from last week, so I will ask you again "Well, I've done a docket search on "Coral Springs Resolutions" and failed to find any cases where they were listed as plaintiff.  Maybe I missed something.  Would you happen to have a link to one"

Again, can you even read, seriously.  Where on earth did anyone ever suggest to use a VOD to get out of paying a validated debt?  Second, prove where anyone posting in this thread didn't pay a bill.

I await your erudite response.  Failure to "valiadate" your claims of folks here being deadbeats will only substantiate my claims that you are functionally illiterate shill who likely struggles to even spell his or her name.  Dead heavens, your parents must be very proud to have bore a complete imbecile such as yourself

I know this is sounding like a broken record, but, please provide a citation form the post you are replying to in which she indicates she actually took out a payday loan.

I've never needed to consider a PDL. I was once used as a reference for an on-line loan. Since then I've become an arch nemesis to the fraudulent debt collection industry. Would you like to find out how? Dig a little deeper. I have two of the best on retainer.

So you love enabling law breakers.  By the way, no loan needed,  they'll just charge the defendant for the case.

circumstances can change for good people who have been paying their debts.  I dealt with someone in your office who broke several laws.  When I asked for written validation of the debt, which I'm legally entitled to, they REFUSED!  After I had asked for that, I was threatened and bullied.  I was in tears by the end of the conversation.  After the way they acted, and the 'tactics' they used, I started poking around on the internet.  I can't find a thing for Coral Springs Resolution, except for complaints.  I looked on the BBB website, and nothing.  With all of the debt collection scams out there, forgive me for wanting to invoke my consumer rights and make sure

Shillkill does not own this company, nor does this site.. He is a well respected member member of this community and a helper here.   This thread is laden with scam shills though.  There is nothing to forgive about you wanting your rights! Stand your ground, if they are breaking the laws, report them. And that doesn't mean just to the BBB which has no fangs. That means to the FTC,FCC, and your State Attorney General.

I'm almost certain your reply was aimed at the idiotic shill "I hate deadbeats"

In any case, it is immoral and illegal what they did to you.  By any chance did they give you an address or a website, or any other contact phone numbers that were not already posted here?

If you can post it, I would be delighted to start digging for some dirt on these bottom feeders.

Ok, this is taken from my post on 20 Sep, WORD FOR WORD.  It's like they just copied and pasted it.  I don't appreciate that.  At least come up with an original post, using your own words.

Hi Shill.  I just realized this was probably meant for me.  The above post, by bbb, is part of a post I wrote on 20 Sep, WORD FOR WORD!  Anyway, I would be eternally grateful if you could dig ANYTHING up on Coral Springs Resolution.  The addy that I was first given, was 1867 Banks Rd. Margate FL 33065.  However, on the envelope & letterhead, the addy is the same, except for the zip (it's 33063).  They finally did send me something for 'validation', but the ONLY thing included in the ONE page letter, about the original debt; is the supposed original creditor.  That's all!  It was basically a rehash of our phone conversation, and the letter looks like no other collection letter I've ever seen, and my ex used to get them.  The letter came in a see through white envelope, with the flap, taped closed!  Some print is misaligned, AND they got my street name wrong.  So, now that 'someone' mailed me 'something' about it, I'm not quite certain what to do.

    Thanks Shill, you're awesome!

    Dear  Deadbeat,

Do you know how to end a sentence?  I'll help you out, it's with a ., !, or ?.  Do I need to name them?

Do you work for/with CSR or other CA scammers?  Calling the original lender while on the line would prove nothing.  I suspect even YOU could handle calling one of your cronies that acts as the original lender.  That is just ONE of the reasons why the law requires specific documentation that; 1) You even owe the debt, 2) Itemization of how they arrived at the dollar amount they are requesting, and 3) That they are AUTHORIZED or have the RIGHT to even collect on the debt; among other requirements.

Did calling me names and defaming me make you feel better?  You know nothing of my circumstances.  I can't really afford to be shelling money out to whom ever just calls and says I owe money to so and so, but can't back it up!  Would you just pay for something you don't believe you owe, with no proof?  If you would do it, could you please post your information and phone number?

Finally, I know what the BBB is for.  If you paid attention to my post, you would've noticed that Northern Resolution Group is the company with the grade of F.  That doesn't bode well for an 'HONEST' business, now does it?  I also noted that there was an alert for them as well; for ignoring SEVERAL requests for information on their business license or Emp. ID number; the VERY item that you stated 'makes the company legit'.  Why would they not provide that information, if they are legitimate?  It would also make them look a little less shady.  And CSR?  Well, as for them, I can't find them anywhere.  It's as if they don't even exist.  When I researched the address they are 'using', it comes back to an empty retail plaza up for rent/purchase.  Who's the dummy?

    Tired of being threatened
My husband's work got a call from 855-778-8151 stating it was a Mrs. Carter Badge 192860 from CSR and stating there were coming to his work the next day to subpoena him and revoke his DL unless we returned the call immediately.  I called the number back for him and they stated yes the law suit has been filed and the only way to stop the summons is to make payment.  Stated why can't I keep track of my bills, and why take out a loan if I can't pay it back.  Yes, we defaulted on the particular loan she is referring to, due to unforeseen hardship that fell on us.  But for the last 5 years we order our credit report and have been making arrangements to pay off whatever is on there from that time when we were barely able to eat.  When we called the original creditor, years ago, they stated they sold it and could not see who it was sold to.  Also, because of a scam a friend of ours went through we are leery of debt collectors calling.  By the time I was done with this call I felt belittled and was shaking and scared.  I told my husband that I was calling back to set up at least a $20 payment to prove we were willing to accept blame until I got the documentation from them.  I am finally getting somewhere today with this.  I'm glad I first found this site because I was getting ready to set up arrangements with this company.  Thanks to the links and posts here I've been able to now determine that this company is nothing but a harassment trying to scare me.  I have no problem paying off debt I do owe, but there is a nice way to go about it.  Threatening me does not help.  I just really want to know if this Coral Springs Resolution company is valid before I give them one penny.  I can't find any info on them, yet she told me that I can google them and will find their website.  I found this site instead.

Per the FDCPA, any caller who refuses to MAIL proof that you owe a debt and that they are legally able to collect said debt is owed - NOTHING!  There are so many FDCPA violations in the calls "Mrs Carter" made to you that you could get your own attorney and sue CSR and win a judgment against THEM. CSR can't subpoena anyone.  CSR can't revoke your husband's driving license.  If a lawsuit has been filed, your local court(s) should be able to tell you if this is so.

Report the calls to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  Heck, call your local police department - they'll tell you this is not how it works.  Next time "Mrs Carter" calls, tell her you're recording all calls made to you, that you've reported her and that per the FDCPA, if she will not mail documentation proving that you owe that debt to her company, then you owe them nothing.  Don't let scammers scare you into paying them!
