Hey, I want everyone to know that this number is actually a third party collections agency. Chances are you (or someone who used your number) owe some amount of money to a Bell for a past service of some kind.

No thanks to all of the paranoid angry people who said this was a scam number. They are wrong and are eating their words. I will say that they do sound sketchy and not very professional, in fact I gave some feedback to Bell (at their official customer service number) saying as much. Actually because of all of these scary posts I was so sketched out that I didn't even deal with this agency, I just called bell and paid my overdue bill with them. The customer service agent told me the collector would stop calling me once the payment went through, and he confirmed 855-811-8340 as a their collector. So if you have any fears about dealing with this number, just call bell anyway. But, they are legit.

I just spoke with a Bell representative through live chat on their website and it is a third-party collector that they use. Apparently when I closed my account their was a balance owing but because I closed the account, they could not notify me until now when it is almost past due! That's the part that upsets me. I would have gladly paid this amount immediately had I known there was a balance owing...ugh! Please note that each time I received a call from this number, it was an actual person, and not a voice automated message.

Getting daily phone calls and messages from this # and I have never been a Bell Mobility customer!  How do we get them to stop?????

Anyone on this page that says that it`s not a scam call,is a real scammer. It is not a real Bell number. Do not give out your info to this scam caller.

The CRTC said to get an up to date Bill if it`s a real Bell number and a real person calling, and send it to CRTC to have a look at the HST taxing amount,because some real Bell Mobile Bills have the wrong tax amount which is like double HST taxing. If Bell is misleading it`s customer again,Bell will be up for another Billing review at any time ... by CRTC first.  Always read your Bill before you pay it. But so far this number looks like a scam.

When a company or a business in Canada misleads a customer with a wrong amount of HST tax payment amount,it could be put up for a review by the CRA at any time that it has enough real info to do so! So if you have time to read your Bill before you pay it,it will save you a lot of time and money in the long run.

It`s time to get Bell Canada closed down for good.
All the fake Billing that is going on at Bell Canada .. is a 24/7 Con-Job and it has to stop right now.
Do not pay your Bell Canada Bill if it has wrong amounts on it ... it will save you time and money in the long run.

Spam 1 (855) 811-8340. Keeping call me and say my company has oustanding balance from mobilicity

Called saying they were from bell mobility in the United states and that it was urgent to contact before 9pm... on a Saturday... I've called bell through the correct number from the collect location and I was notified that my account is fine. They Left a voice mail a few times. Already on the blocked list but they can still leave voice mails. I'm frustrated and I'm going to file a police report.

Calls from this number twice daily.  Really annoying!

bell is playing a dirty game.  received daily calls from this number, no one on the other side. i wait few seconds then i say hello and immediately i hear a click and phone cuts off.  it is a person i am sure. i am not a client. i am using different provider for more than 15 years.  i had to block their number. i am so annoyed of this behavior. i am glad that we can share this info here. thanks.

"can't get them never dead"? What does that mean? And what do you expect the police to do about unwanted phone calls? Why don't you just block the number?

Called as well mobility. Let it go to voicemail many times over a month or so. Finally answered. They immediately asked for personal info and wouldnt tell me why they needed it. Scam.
