These number are always on my phone....it is so annoying..

The have been bugging me lately, but the Telus company say it is nothing for them to do about it....;((

This recording has been calling us daily, sometimes more than once, and it's really getting annoying.
Can anything be done to block this call?

it annoy me these day, everyday there are three times to call. How to deal with it ?

I got call from 1-855-824-0656 at 7.45 am and when I called them back asking who they are and why they call so early and what they want rude woman said that they are allowed to call from 7 am and wanted to know who am I. When I repeated my question who they are she just hang up on me.

Until someone reports what the caller wants we can't say for sure if Rude Lady was wrong. Debt collectors and sales callers must until 08:00 in your time zone to become pests, giving you potential cause to sue for relief.

Idiots call from 7:15 am to ...... 6 days/wk

This number has been calling us almost every day, but when I pick up, it's just a recording for "Action Collection". I called the number that they leave and actually spoke to someone and explained that I am NOT thee person that they're trying to reach. The man I spoke to said that he'll remove me from their records. Hopefully this'll be the end of it.

Same phone number (855-824-0656) called me at 7.43 am. I didn't answer as have option to block them however phone still ring once. They call few times during week and when I call them back, they are rude and they told me that they are allowed to call after 7 am.
No info is given as who they are looking for or who they are.

I think the true name is Action Collections & Receivables Management, headquartered in Toronto. You might want to send ACRM written notice with proof of receipt that you can't help them and that the calls must cease.

Half the comments are now reporting calls between 07 and 08. My prior comment needs amendment now that someone has given a business name. A call received during that hour in the States would violate the FDCPA, absent a notice from you allowing different hours. ACRM is in Toronto, and collector laws vary across Canadian provinces.

Examples:
Manitoba - Calls may begin an hour sooner than in the US, at 07:00.
Newfoundland - The call window opens at 08:00 but the cutoff comes an hour later, at 22:00.

Hence, depending on your locale, the agent's statement can either be the plain truth or an arrogant lawsuit-worthy bluff.

I also been getting a call from this number it has to stop.As it would leave a message not knowing what it is all about

This company keeps calling for me, when I phone back they want to verify personal information but I won't give them anything unless I know what call is about.   They refuse to talk to me and say you know what this is about.  They wont tell me anything unless I verify personal info.  I have no outstanding debts and wish someone takes these [***] to court for harrassment!!!

I received calls from this number & others (I do not owe any debts).  The calls were regarding someone with the same last name and same 1st initial.  I had to put my full name in the phone book & call the company before the calls stopped.  If you don't owe any debts it's also possible the person they are looking for used your name as a 2nd contact when they got credit.  

These guys are jerks.  They call on a daily basis but I would pick up the phone and let the answering machine does the job.  The pre-recorded message goes like this - This is blah blah blah (business name), if you are XXX (the name of the debtor), press 1, otherwise press 2.  Since I have no outstanding debt, I was trying to get my number removed from their list.  So one day I did pick up the phone and pressed 2.  The call was routed to a rude [***] who tried to collect information from me, which I refused to give.  She began yelling at me and I responded by f***u and hung up on her.  It's impossible to work with these people.

I receive phone calls from these people every day. I dont even know how they got my number. They're even starting to phone me at work which is embarassing. There is an agent named Natasha Leca, she is very rude on the phone. She even started to yell and hollar at me on the phone. I told her f**k you and hung up the phone. She then called back and left a voice mail message stating hanging up the phone is not going to make her go away. Very upsetting.
