My buddy dated a girl named Natash Leca back in the late 90's early 2000's. She use to work at Equfax and man she was a bitc#h!  My buddy dumped her.  If it is the same Natasha Leca, dude you are in for a world of hurt.... Change your number fast!!!!

these people keep calling my cell phone . I'm not the person who they are looking for I already told them that I don't talk to that person anymore and I don't have her number any more.

i  call them back as much as they call me and just have fun with the losers

I don`t know why this number keeps calling me, all I hear when I answer the call is dead air. I try calling back and I get an answering service type announcement about high call volumes. How do I make them stopÉ

I have been receiving phone calls from this collection company for over a year. The name of the person in the message is not me. How did they get my number. I have messaged them many times to quit leaving the messages on my phone. Please help me

i have just started receiving numerous calls from this number within the last month. I have spoken to one man who was verbally abusive and threatening and I received one threatening voicemail. They state that they are calling on behalf of Bell Canada about an amount owing from 2009. I have received nothing in writing from Bell or otherwise. I do not believe I owe them one penny. It is impossible to reach anyone from Bell. If this continues I will be going to the media. This is harassment and it is disgusting.BTW I have googled the number and no information.

Received a call from this number...they left an extremely aggressive message...so I called back. The woman demanded my date of birth. I asked who she was. She refused to tell me. I refused to confirm my date of birth. We got into a screaming match. It was kinda fun. I don't owe any debts, so either their records are wrong, or it's a scam. She called me back 6 times under "NO CALLER ID", so I answered on the 6th call, put the Ellen show on, turned the volume down on my phone, turned the volume up on my TV, and narrated 11 minutes of the episode to her. She hung up. Can't wait for her to call me back! :)

These people are calling every day to apparently recover 60 dollars for a court infraction I received 10 years ago for not having a bell.

Can anyone pls tell me if these people are calling us by following Dept collector law? If there is any?? I haven't received any statement yet but they kept calling me almost everyday.

Just got a call from this number using my maiden name (I've been married over 10yrs). I called, gave the case number and she wanted my DOB. I replied no, you tell me the name of the company you were contracted by so I can ensure this isn't fraud. She tells me it's a violation of the privacy policy, I replied I'm a licensee with the LSUC so I am well aware of privacy legislation and providing me with the company name is not a violation and she called me an idiot and told me I should know she can't tell me who she works for. I replied with, I didn't ask for account details, I asked who you are contracted with, to which she replied you aren't no legal professional and hung up.... good luck collecting on whatever kind of scam you are running.

Received a voice message about an urgent matter with the number to call and the case number. Tried calling back, but got a recording about high call volumes and then it disconnected.

So did a lil research - found this thread. Also found the phone number was based in the US. I presume they want to collect something...but I don't owe any money.

Also recently discovered that uncollected debt gets sold many times over at a fraction of what the amount is. And it doesn't matter if EquiFax or TransUnion made a mistake and assigned the debt incorrectly. You have to prove the debt isn't yours in a dispute process that very may well end up denied because the debt holder is satisfied they have the right person.

I'm a justice studies student so we learn about civil social and criminal laws within Canada. A rude lady called me and calls about 4-5 times a day every single day. I'm in class these days so when I answer she's very snobby and rude. I told her according to collection agency's laws they are not aloud to call me more than 3 times in a 7 day period. She obvisouly doesn't know her laws very well as she said they can call as much as they want and if it goes to voicemail and leave a message it doesn't count as contact. She really needs to understand her laws as it states that if they contact you by email or phone even if they go to voicemail as long as they leave a message (which they have) It constitues as contact. Once I told her I knew my rights she wouldn't even let me talk and kept swearing and cutting me off. I've reported this company and I hope they are fined. Very poor communication skills and not even professional when it comes to customer service.
