8558240656 me and my client got a call from the same people today and the level of unprofessionalism that the lady had is appalling and I believe this is a fake collections company. They are asking for personal information that is actually illegal to ask for from any institution or company that isn't a government or federal owned institution. Please folks if you get a call from these people hang up the phone.

Same thing just happened to my client whom refused any personal information and they yelled at him and tried to intimidate the Information from him and when I called back myself I was also yelled at and sworn at by a very rude women luckily we have the audio recording and we will persue a harrasment case.

Did you know it is also ILLEGAL to claim to be an attorney if they are not licensed (and I doubt they are judging from the other posters ??

These people keep calling me. They call about a legit debt i previously had that has since been paid over 2 YEARS AGO. But since its been so long I dont have proof of it being paid which means they wont stop. Super annoying. They claim its up to me to prove to them that its been paid but i think they should refer to the company that hired them.
Very rude on the phone. Even if ur trying to be nice and patient.

Received a call from this number this evening (8.55pm MST).  The caller left a clear, concise message which, unfortunately, was garbled by static on the line.  He also spoke quite quickly, so I don't know who it was, what it was about, what the case number was, or what number to phone back.  ...That is, I'd phone back IF I was the "Jenna" he'd left the message for.  No-one by that name lives here.

Called home line and cell. So annoying

This is ACRM a debt collector for Money Mart I believe.  A man, Mr. Mohammad, called my business line at 8:59PM left a message.  He spoke so fast I repeated the message 5 times to gather all details including the case number.  When calling back left on hold for a few minutes and a woman with attitude answered.  I gave her the case number and requested to have my number removed from the file, to cease calling immediately.  She proceeded to ask questions which I did not answer, firmly told her the number is my business line, has been for over 30 years, the parties she is looking for do not reside here and she is to immediately remove my number from the file and never call back otherwise I will lodge a complaint.  Sick of them calling multiple times a day and especially in the late evening while I am relaxing after a hard day at work.

.  I get this call from ACRM whereby a person leaves a voicemail stating that there is an urgent matter and I need o calll them back.  I tried and received the " high volume call " message and then the phone but off.  The voice message sounded like he was calling from a cell phone in a very poor reception area and all I could make out was the company name and phone number.

I have not received a demand letter from them or any bisiness/organization requesting a debt repayment.  I have  a great credit rating and even have the credit reports from Equifax and Trans Union to back it up

Is thisa legit organization?  Super unprofessional

Debt Collector, I do owe some money but have been ill with COVID. I have tried calling back and the message that you receive on the call back your call can't be completed as dialed. Every voice mail left on my phone says call this number and you can't get through to them!

Cthey called me, leave only a phone number.  After calling back they were rude, didn’t want to provide any information unless I gave them my address. Of course I refused and a girl called Stephanie or Tiffany called me arrogant, I told her was she is acting like a scammer and ended the call.
