Same as below. First girl couldn't answer any questions. Then her "supervisor" got on the phone. Wouldn't tell me who she worked for. Kept just saying "Merchant Services" and they are "direct wholesalers." Wanted me to fax statements so they could reimburse me fees we have been overcharged since October.

Got the same call and was scammed into emailing them our statement.  On the phone with Global Payments now and they are not much help.  I am so angry at myself.  It just so happens that I have spoken to Global Payments recently about some fees and rate adjustments so it lined up.  Anybody provide their statement and actually been hacked?

Called multiple times trying to get information from our statements claiming they were hired by our credit card processing company to pay back fees charged to bigger corps like WalMart. Total scam, just trying to get your information

Supposedly a Roger's rep asking why I left a complaint. I explained only that I left to move to Koodo and was uninterested in returning. He accepted that, took notes and hung up. Regret giving any info now, I'll likely be hounded with more spam calls.

Received a call from Natalie- Merchant Support that our company was overbilled on our account for March and April. When I asked the name of the company she said Optix. I would not give her any information and then googled the phone number 855-869-3905 and read all the comments listed below.

Just had a phone call from this number today at work. I work for City Government and she asked about a credit card machine that Parks and Recreation uses, then I said to hold on a second and I'll give you that number. Then she said that 'no' she directed me to you. (We have really precise processes with our financial payments and when she said that someone, I talked to every day, directed her to me, it made me raise an eyebrow.) So, I put this lady on hold and called my friend at Parks and Rec. She immediately told me it was a scam and to hang up. I sent out a citywide email to let everyone know.

I received two messages from Patty at the Billing & Compliance Office about incorrect rate increases in May & June. She gave me this number and her extension 410. I Googled this number and, after reading all of these, will not call her back. :)

This company claims to be from Optix Merchant services who claimed we had a discrepancy of overcharges on our merchant statement. "Heather" asked me if we received our merchant services statement and I said..yes we have 2 merchants, which one?..she then ask if I saw all the fees on the statement...i again asked...which merchant statement..she said the one from our terminal..I said..we have 7 terminals which one? She HUNG UP on me! This is definitely a Phishing call or scam call.

Optix called, their call rep said I was overcharged for three months on our merchant services account. When I asked a few questions like, which of my accounts was I overcharged on, and who is my merchant services provider, she folded like a cheap lawn chair, and said she would have to look into this further, and abruptly hung up.

Same as everyone else. Wanted me to pull out my statement and go over it with her about being overcharged rates.  Told her someone else had access to that and they don't come to office so she left the same number 855-869-3905 with ext. 429 Name was Julie

Cindy/Julie (literally the same person but claim to be two different people) have been HARASSING the company I work for. My coworker and I are the only ones in the office who handle the phones so we immediately knew something was up. They ask for statements same bs as all the other commenters. BUT. They continue to ask for our boss (who is also the owner) by first name and we continue to tell her we will pass on your message because she works mainly from her home office. Cindy/Julie doesnt like when being told this and has even accused us of impersonating our boss LOL. This woman calls everyday-most days 4-6 times a day. Just wondering how to get her to leave us alone!?!

Our company receives multiple calls (up to 8 a day) from this same number.  Julie at extension 421 states she is from "Visa & Mastercard Merchant Services" and Cindy at extension 429 Is from Optix Merchant Services. Both claim that we have sent them statements back in September regarding an over-payment by us and that they need those statements again in order to get us credit.  Now, I am no voice recognition specialist by any means but I am pretty close to positive that Julie and Cindy are the same person!!! The phone calls have gotten out of hand and are boarding on harassment.  Our owner also spoke with her last week and accused Cindy/Julie of running a scam and to stop calling our company.  "Cindy" called again today and tried to tell me that our owner resent the bank statements yesterday but unfortunately, the attachment was blank. Can I please resend? Ahhhh.... "Cindy" our owner is in Mexico at a swim up bar right now. She didn't send you [***]!!! (We've told both "Cindy and Julie" that the owner is in Mexico in every call they've made to us this week. Obviously, they do not have an actual system to record notes in.) Look up their website and judge for yourself.  "Cindy" then accused me of impersonating our owner in the conversation they had last week and she would be sure to mention it to her when they spoke next!!! I have never heard of a company that supposedly owes money , harassing people to return the overpayment.

She said she was from merchant services related to my Square Account and I was being overcharged fees. She said I was being charged 3.2% and should only be 2.2%.  I let her know that wasn't the case, her % was off, especially because I'm currently not being charged anything bc of a promotion offer. At that point she hung up on me. Lol
