- CenaI just got a phone call from a man with a very intimadating voice, informing me that he just recieved final documents in his office for review, suggesting that I call him to explain my side of the story, and to call him if I have any intent to take care of this matter. He did not reference the matter He left the following information on my voicemail: A claim number, his name and extension. This is the information he left on my voicemail.
Caller: John Cunningham
From: Global Trust Management
Phone number: (855) 875-2506 ext 255
My phone indicates that the call came from Tampa Florida (813) 400-2064. A different phone number than what he left on my voicemail.- Caller: Global Trust Management

- Betsy| 4 repliesThey called asking for my husband's ex. Unbelievable.
Same gibberish with a fake claim number, marked the voicemail urgent and said we have
been officially notified. WTF?!
They are pond scum. Get caller ID and if you don't know who's calling, don't answer.
Everything needs to be provided in writing. There are also
Statute of limitations to collect.- Caller: global trust mgmt
- fightback replies to Betsy| 3 repliesthese people are scum!! they use all kinds of collector scare tactics to get you to pay. you should research all your options. Go on the internet, there is a ton of information out there about harassment and collection. for instance:ftcpa ,ftc, cch 8556721988, ive been seeing on the internet that these people helped. I would not stand for this type of behavior.
Fight back!!! - helpful replies to fightback| 1 replyi think you meant the fdcpa not the ftcpa. Yes i agree with you. The internet is a great resource. I called 1855-672-1988 yesterday to get my situation resolved with Global Trust Management.,,,thank you, thank you!!!!
- Rebecca StevensonWe have been getting phone calls concerning a debt that doesn't exist.
The caller is rude sarcastic and when we try to find out the address of the company, they cut the call.
The FBI have been trying to catch up with them seemly but they continue to change addresses.
If they call: keep cool and pretend that you are complying to their request.
Get and address (not PO Box) and phone it into the FBI
Maybe it will help to catch these conmen!!- Caller: Global Trust Management Corporation
- Call type: Debt collector
- Angela Mann replies to XActually they are illegal and the FBI is after them!
Having a Website doesn't make you legal - Dr Edwin TravisThe best way to deal with these phony characters is to give them a taste of their own medicine.
Keep calling them back and let them rant and pretend to go along with it.
As long as you don't have to pay for the call...
It's better that you block their phones than let them call old people who will no doubt be really upset by this type of bullying.
That's what it boils down to!- Caller: Global Trust Management Corporation

- pika| 4 repliesSome young sounding guy left me a very condensing vm but never said what exactly it was in regards to. I assumed it was a bill collector since he called me by my old married name from several years ago. After reading these comments I'm going to ignore it and if they call back I'll update this. I am filling bankruptcy anyway but if this isn't a legit company they will keep harassing me even after I tell them its illegal to since I've hired a bankruptcy attorney.

- info66 replies to pika| 3 repliesI was reading on line about that group Consumer Credit Helpers. They have been helping people with all kinds of debt collector issues. If I were you I would call them and see if they can get the calls to stop. Look them up and get help fast it seems.
- jj replies to KTALLEYActually he needs to show proof that you didn't. He's just trying to scoop some information like ssn and the likes. Run him through the mill and make him provide everything, in terms of validation of the debt, in writing. If he asks to confirm your address, tell him he already has it. Yes, it's a scam and these pests are getting bolder. They are going for the throat with hard core intimidation.
- sal replies to ryanrookieHa, that was a pretty good one there. Hadn't heard it before. Hell, tell THEM to pay back wells fargo. If wells fargo is that stupid it's no skin off your back. That one is kind of different our scammer homies.
- Lisa| 2 repliesThis company has called several of my family members making threats about me to them.

- rmmabrmj replies to L.D.| 1 replyI was just reading some of these posts here.. Recently... we had come in contact with Global Trust Management as well. This is the address that they are to be from...13046 Racetrack Road, suit.105 , Tampa Fl. 33626. These are the numbers that has been given.. 855-875-2506 (toll free number), 813-400-2061, 813-400-2069 and 813-400-2060. Well we were told that we owed a bill that had the inncorrect amount.. Well however.. we do owe a bill yes.. but the thing is.. I wanted a letter sent to me by mail and never recieved one.. Why is that.. Just out of the blue we recieve a call about a bill that is owed.. Have had nothing but run arounds.. Anyhow.. the thing is about this.. I had contacted 411 about this company and the only company in that area they have is global cash access... and they have a different address. I have looked up about the same addresss and 411 does not have it in the system.. and the phone numbers are not in the system as well. If it is a big company wouldn;t the 411 know it? and another thing.. i have decided to look up these numbers and find out they are cell phone numbers.. and the toll free number, you can have a toll free number sent to your home phone , cell phone or any phone you would like and it gives you a personal assistant on your phone..to make it look like a real company.. It is under EVOICE. I have looked up the address and have gotton different companies at that address. Now sounds like a scam.
- rmmabrmj replies to ryanrookieI just read that this guy just wrote in back in Jan 2012 that a John cunningham contacted him.. this guy said the same thing to us.. This guy to me is a scam.. I looked up the phone numbers and they are cell phones to let everyone know.
