My answering machine picked it up- it is now an automated very American woman. Asked for a family member who has not lived here in over 5 years, and who has no credit issues.  It was 855-876-5347.

This number has called my house everyday for several months.  I decided to answer and found out they were calling an old neighbor of a previous town I had lived in,.  That neighbor was deceased and I informed them but I can't believe they call a neighbor to collect somebody's bad debt.  Very annoying and a bad practice.

This company calls 10x a day. Ridiculous.

Sometime in February this number called me asking a certain name and telling this man owed educational loan from them. I told I am not from America that I don't know of person by that name. They asked me my SSN and my name. I told the caller "you don't have to know my name and i am not crazy to tell you my SSN!" She told me to remove my number from the list. But, this week ahe had called my number 3 times again. I will never call her back and never I will answer. THIS IS SCAM!

This "company" didnt/hasnt even called me. I simply received a bill in the mail, but get this... for an outstanding debt THAT I ALREADY PAID! Now that is just sloppy.

10 calls a day!   no speaka da inglish.

I have been getting calls for the past 3 days around 3:30 pm.  They dont leave a message.  I finally figured out  a few minutes ago where this lady with an Indian accent got my phone number.  Three days ago I contacted Straight Talk by email through an email for customer service.  Straight Talk has lost this customer.

Been receiving calls from 8558765437 didn't answer left no message. Today I answered and couldn't understand where she said she was calling from but she wanted my as number and name. I refused told her not to call again. I called several times to figure out what company it was calling. Each time I called the recording stated a different company name but when I connected a male employee gave me the name of credence resource management. Definitely feel this is a scam. Got a call from this company today 4/16/15 they could barely speak English. Supposedly attempt to collect a debt. Yeah well these [***] / [***] hats aren't getting a dime out of me especially if their not from America. Plus it was meant for someone else that doesn't even live here. Turned around and called back to ask for someone who was an actual American and they hung up was going to put number on do not call list.

This number originally called in February, automated call, said if you are not this person hang up now or we will assume this is a legitimate number for this person or words to that effect, unfortunately this was on my voicemail that picked up and this number has been calling every day since, at times while im at work and not home to answer. Major annoyance. As this is the only call i get on my landline phone i will be disconnecting this month and use my iPhone solely which can block calls like this.

How do I get in on a lawsuit against credence? They scammed $250 from me.

Do not have any outstanding debts. Caller was rude. Tried to communicate with caller and was hung up on.

I've received multiple calls now.  The latest says they are trying to collect for an ambulance bill. I told them that they had the wrong person, to which they replied, "but you said this was [first & last name}.  I told them that there are lots of people with this name, so they asked for my date of birth, which I told them.  Then they asked for the last 4 of my soc., but I refused, telling them they could tell me what 4 numbers they had I would confirm whether or not it was me.  They read me 4-digits and I told them that wasn't mine and that I bet that the birth date they have didn't match either.  They I told them that if they call me again, that I will be calling the police and reporting them for fraud.  I wonder how many people blindly when these people call claiming to be debt collectors.

I've been receiving calls from (855) 876-5380 for several months now. Today is the first time I've answered the call because they kept calling every few minutes (4:21pm, 4:22pm & 4:26pm) leaving no voicemail, and enough is enough so I answered to find out who was calling. The person on the phone stated they were calling for Credence Resource Management and I immediately asked to speak with a manager. The same person got back on the phone, and I again asked to speak with a manager. Someone else got on the phone, and honestly I'm not sure if I was speaking with a manager or not but continued to ask them for their name and was given "Neil Jackson". I asked if that was their real name, and I was told "yes". However; I don't believe that information was accurate because the person spoke poor English and was very hard to understand, but I went with it (pick your battles). Anyways. I went on to gather the name of the Company, Address and phone number so I could file a complaint with my State Attorney General's Office about the harassment. The odd thing is; the phone number I was given (855) 876-5380 is not listed on this Company's website (http://credencerm.com/) or the BBB at all... The alleged debt they were calling about was for AT&T. This was disputed with AT&T 3 or 4 years ago and was resolved to the best of my knowledge, so I'm not sure why I would be getting calls about it 5 years later. Seems a bit suspicious to me...

This number has called many times looking for a person who has not worked here for over 10 years. They have been told a number of times this person does not work here any more. They are brain dead cause they know this person is no longer employed here. They are a useless company in my opinion.
